So, had the staff review with staff member who is not putting out at the level that we would expect or to what she personally can achieve.
I based the criteria for appraisal around Wayne Dyers Four Pathways for Success.
These are:
Discipline- Does she try to make herself better at what she does, does she practice?
Wisdom - Does she have great knowledge or does she strive to improve her knowledge?
Love- Does she love what she does ?
Surrender- Does she let it go knowing that she it is bigger than her and not hang onto ego?
It was a great approach and very open and honest conversation ensued.
Still shit for her!
