Play it for me, DJ Krishna

Made it through a dark eclipse day, a highlight was a blissful hour spent with Blessed Seraph and her little cherub. So cute, I nearly got a spoon and ate the little doll.
Returned to work to some dark arts being performed by the Goddess bookkeeper to keep things moving till the money plug becomes unstuck.
I also spent a hilarious 10 minutes at a bakery while 6 people tried to work the cash register which had an attack of the Mercury Retrogrades. They kept apologising while I laughed at their vain attempts at getting it to work. I said to them that they needed to work out the money I owed them manually, as the register would only work when it felt like it.
Technology is energy and like people, sometimes it gets huffy. It tells you when it wants to perform. Once you accept this then life gets much, much easier.

New Moon tomorrow at 2.46 pm.

Wish for brilliant ideas, goals for life, excitement, friend and getting rid of any varicose veins.

Eclipse is tomorrow at 5.44 pm.

Weave magic for universal compassion and revealing your destiny.
Whatever you cast now will stay in power until the next solar eclipse in August.
Also a few old skool Hindu traditions for an eclipse.
  • Some say, don't eat for 12 hours before a solar eclipse but drink water.
  • Bathe with your clothes straight after an eclipse for cleansing.
  • Don't eat any leftovers after the eclipse (easy for me, as there never are any in my house.)

I think meditating is a great eclipse ritual, as is bathing. I will be taking my clothes off though.

The Sadhana, from the Hindu and Buddhist traditions, recommends wishing the following order for -

1. If you are facing monetary problems and there is no source of income, then to be financially well off.

2. To get rid of diseases.

3. To gain fame, respect, laurels and prosperity.

4. If someone is against you and he is likely to harm you, then to render him unhostile.

5. To make someone favourable and getting something done through him.

6. To gain success in a Sadhana in which one has been repeatedly facing failure.

In fact this Sadhana can be tried to fulfill any wish, for accomplishing it during the eclipse is sure to bring success.

Right on, Happy New Moon and Eclipse for tomorrow peeps.

New Moon, I saw you standing alone

New Moon in 10.05pm. Meanwhile I have been trying to stop faffing around and just getting on with it. Had some success today and managed to work for 15 minutes without being distracted.
Christ. I am the ADD poster girl at the moment.

Off to see Blessed Seraph with her baby cherub that she is growing inside her. Carving candles and making wishes for all things home and health for her over the coming months.

New Moon

New Moon in Cancer this coming weekend. Saturday at 10.05 pm actually.
The Moon loves Cancer, they are like best friends as Jamie Oliver would say. Time to make the most of this unique placement.

The Moon in Cancer promotes growth. It is considered the most fertile placement of the Moon. Use this time to do spells of growth and increase. Cancer is also associated with emotions and feelings, however the emotions can be sensitive and prone to moodiness and withdrawal. Thus be aware of your intentions when working love spells. Use this time to build relationships that support growth. Cancer is associated with the mother, thus it is good for healing work on mother-relationships. A Cancer Moon is favorable for Cancer, Virgo, Scorpio, Pisces, Taurus and Leo.

Cast away my friends.

I am the Transmutator!

I'm Back!

Yes, didn't take long did it?
I have enjoyed the hiatus, not long I know but after a year of blogging everyday for a year, my fingers needed a rest and mind also deserved a break.

A full moon in Leo and a spell session with the Sibyls. Nice to be back ladies! We did a Luck of 3 and Year of Success ritual. Lots of wind action and bats flying overhead to ward of any negative energy that may have been lurking in the summer shadows. This full moon was full of Leonine truths and candor, acidic but with a sweet aftertaste. The Leo moon is always dramatic, yet filled with warmth and dignity.
Sitting under the fig tree with the Sibyls I spoke to them of my neverending support for their years ahead and them to take heart in me always charging in their paddocks against intruders or hurts. Ladies, I have your backs!
I discussed my year old post on my anniversary of my experiment and said in hindsight I would have perhaps written it again differently.
So what I didn't say and what I would have liked to have said is this to my Sibyls:

Piscean Princess- You teach me to be more gracious and calm. It is through you that I see hope and what it is to be a true friend. Your undying belief in the world being a better place one day and that we can all rise with it, is exemplary. You are fluid and receptive and your heart beats with sensitivity to others and the Universe that surrounds you. It is an honour to have had this many lives with you.

And to the Blessed Seraph- Things change but our bond strengthens. You create waves of change wherever you go, through your creative vision for others about what they could one day hope to become. It is through you that I have done so much of this work: you connect, inspire and celebrate the big and small steps of those whom you love. Original, yet refined your heart beats with passion and intensity that defines comparison to anyone or anything. A better part of my life exists because of this friendship.

It may be a day late and a dollar short, but this is what I wanted to say and I should have said it earlier, but I am glad I have had this time to speak from the heart!

Thank you.

I love to look at how hits come to Spiritual Business through the google search engine. The latest ones that have intrigued me are "Spells to banish and bind an errant husband." And another one "wicca spell to make someone feel the heartache they gave you."
These searches made me sad and fascinated, what is the deal, what are their stories?
I want them to know this. What you wish or others you wish upon yourself 3 times, so be very careful when you cast on others an it has an impact on their free will.
The better casting would be to free yourself from care and heartache, release your heart and your mind and do some sort of a ritual to rid them from your life. So much better!

Lost things

I have lost a loved piece of jewelry, trying not to stress, just tore the vacumn apart, an attractive task, not! I have said a few little rituals this morning to bring it back to me but I think I require something stronger. Time to bring out the big guns, will try this one later today.

SPELL TO FIND LOST OBJECTS

Tools:
Mirror Orange candle Black candle Small Magnet
Usual ritual requirements, such as incense, quarter candles, and athame.

Method:
First create the Circle and invoke the Elemental Guardians.
Raise a cone of power by chanting and drumming, or racing around the circle.
Then light a Black candle (for solving mysteries, and drawing away the negativeness of the loss),
an Orange candle (for luck and precious objects).
Visualize the lost objects in the mirror as already being found.
Place the magnet between the two candles and stroke it towards you as you recite this rhyme:
"By the wavering flame of this black light,
Grant to me of my jewelry a sight.
By the power of this orange flame,
Give me luck to find the same.
In this mirror the jewelry I see
Make the magnet draw them to me."
Substitute the name of the object for the word "jewelry". Say this three times.
Close the circle, but leave the candles burning with the magnet between them
until the candles burn down.

New Year's Eve Ritual

The last 5 days have been intense and splendid, with babies being born, magical weddings, drama free family gatherings and the office being gutted.

In the spirit of these events with so many new beginnings for myself and others I think it is time to plan some new rituals for the New Year.
I think that prosperity is a big one on the lists for people as is happiness and health.
So I though we could combine everything and create a single ritual to cover off the hope and dreams for the New Year.
So I have done a little research and this is what I am planning to do and I thought I would share with you.

Start with a lovely piece of paper and in black pen write a list of what you would like to draw into you life next year.
Have some incense charcoal ready in a fire proof bowl, on a bed of salt.

Mix up an incense of benzoin, camphor, chamomile, cinnamon, lavender, bay leaf and sage.

Use a white image candle or if this is too hard to find then a plain white candle.
A pink or blue candle depending on your gender.

A candle in your astrological colour-

Aquarius- Blue
Pisces & Aries- White
Taurus & Gemini- Red
Cancer- Green
Leo - Red
Virgo- Gold
Libra- Black
Scorpio - Brown
Sagittarius- Gold
Capricorn- Red

Sit with your list and read it though. See yourself achieving these things in your mind, first you believe it then you will see it.

Place the candles next to each other, light them and the charcoal, then sprinkle some incense on top of the charcoal.

Run your list through the incense smoke 3 times, then breathe on it and then set it alight from the white candle.

Let it burn down and when the final flames die say 'So Mote it Be!"

Take the ashes and bury them in a small hole in the earth or at the beahch whatever is easiest for you and drop break an egg into the earth. [This is to give something back to Mother Earth.]Cover up the hole with earth or sand.

Let the candles burn down overnight and on the first day of the New Year, it will begin!

Spell to break a drought

I have been reading quite a lot about spell casting and the drought. Some believe that to cast for rain means that it will be taken from somewhere else that needs it more than you and we are affecting the natural cycle, they have obviously not lived in bushfire season in this hot country of ours. My parents are in the midst of it all and whilst I presume they will be safe.
I think the firefighters could do with a little help from above, so I will cast this tonight from my new book.

Pour water through a sieve onto the ground and appeal for relief from the Korean rain Goddess, Aryong-Jong.

Simple, will see, but it can't hurt at this stage!

Full Moon in Gemini at 2.06pm today!

Best time for spells involving: Communication, Public Relations, Writing.

I have a little spell that I plan to do with Blessed today when we luncheon together to discuss all things bridal and bountiful!
We write down the very things we want from this moon then we burn them and put the ashes into a glass of champagne then swallow them, we become the vessel in which the transmutation occurs. I look forward to it. I will try an find the words for what I want so I don't use lots of paper, don't know how well the ashes will go down. Yummy!

Thanks to the Goddess Bookkeeper for this spell, straight from the gypsies to her mouth to mine and now to you. Gemini Communication at its best.

This moon is crazy making apparently, so embrace the crazy and go forth and be a cool cat in the midst of traffic chaos, communication breakdowns and tantrums.
Interesting since , I had a dream last night about a friend who I always allowed to make me feel bad about myself. Whenever I did well for myself she somehow would chose not to notice as she was clearly threatened by it or would make it seem insignificant somehow. I wonder of the Full Moon rising let this energy seep into my subconscious. The Gemini moon can be critical and insensitive, so don't buy into it if possible, blame it on the Crazy Moon and drink champagne at 2.06 with a loved one!

Manifestation Station

Yes, promised it so here it is.

An altar dedicated to lifes' blessings is a powerful tool. It allows us to open ourselves to new and prosperous opportunities and move away from limitations.
The altar should be a "manifestation station" to thank for what we have and draw what we need in life. The more thankful you are, the higher you vibrate and attract abundance into your life.

So what to do?

You need a nice box or container.

Lay down some orange or yellow cloth, even brown, something earthy is good.
Place your box on the cloth on the altar.
Also put there an orange and green candle.

Make a up an incense of
- cinnamon
- nutmeg
- orange rind
- star anise
- orange oil
-f rankincense and mix with a mortar and pestle.

Light the candles and burn the incense over charcoal.[ Save a little for later]

Write in black ink a list of what you wish for for prosperity and then on another piece of paper in orange ink write all the things you are prepared to do and let go of in order to achieve the prosperity.
Fold the papers and put both into the box with the remaining prosperity incense, a few silver and gold coins and a piece of jade. Keep the box on your altar and when you start to recieve gifts write them down on a piece of paper and pop into the box or place them onto the altar to honour and sustain the flow of abundant energy into your life.

You will begin to see a marked difference in all that comes to you big and small, it really is remarkable.

Moon is in Aquarius and aligns with Neptune, so expect " satori" moments, intuition and deja vu. Lovely!
I had crazy reams about the Sibyls last night, started with astral traveling to Paris and filled with symbols and syncrodestiny. Whack attack!

Power Increase

I have just finished weaving magic for a power increase spell that I started on the new moon earlier this week. I had to light the candles everyday for 7 days, I tell ya, I have not been as committed as I usually am and I have forgotten a few times. Not like me, maybe this spell does not resonate with me as much as it usually does. Maybe the Power Increase is not for me? I have finished it tonight anyway so I will await to see if I can lift small cars, drag trains or divine the Idol winner for this evening.
After this spell burns down I am making an altar for abundance. I have a some goals I need to meet overt the next few months and I think a little worship to the Goddess of Coin would not go astray. I have a new altars book, so I will read up and advise. Abundance and prosperity before the Yuletide comes can only be a good thing!

Thankyou Jesus

This is Jesus. He sits in my office and when I am on the accounts machine he holds the jewelery for the Goddess Bookkeeper and myself so we type without getting caught on the keyboard.
I like him, he is helpful and funny, when we need a laugh we wind him up and he wanders around on wheels. He is 'wheely' inspirational.
This is him holding my new bracelets. They have Egyptian charms and Lapis stones on them , I like it, it makes a nice noise, jangly, very gypsy. It matches a lovely charm that Blessed gave me for my birthday that is the Egyptian Om symbol in silver set into lapis stone.
I jingled and jangled all weekend, amusing myself and probably annoying everyone else!

Lapis is the stone of friendship and truth, its also balances the throat and brow chakra , it reveals hidden truths and increases self awareness.
Interesting choice, I bought it on Saturday when I became distracted on my desk hunting. It leaped out at me and I didn't think twice about purchasing it, I knew it was Meant at a deeper level.

Good thing I was protected as the lovely planet Jupiter bought a friend back into my life from 2 years ago with whom I parted on somewhat difficult terms on his behalf, not necessarily mine. Lapis brings harmony to relationship and allows the wearer to be authentic and openly state their opinion. Lots of fabulous information here for those interested. Interesting evening, maybe not a perfect time to see someone in a dark moon but a few laughs anyway.

I am off to buy candles now, New Moon comes in at 9.16am on Tuesday, so I will be casting tomorrow morning, a power ritual. All candles. These have to be set up on the altar in a very specific way, with candles to represent you, the day of the week, your astral sign, gold ones and altar candles in white. This is all from a new book here.

Wishes and Planning

Yes, I have reviewed the plan and make notes on what went well and what didn't. I achieved all the financial goals but none of the internal goals except some new software, but it is a big piece of software that will help the business, so all in all, I think we did ok.
I understand now that the plan should have been more focussed and segmented to particular goals. I threw some big things in there that in hindsight was never going to happen!
I feel quite confident about making the next plan, excited almost.
It is a new moon in Scorpio this coming Monday, and Mercury will go direct on the 18th, so I am confident that the skies will support the planning and the intention. New Moon in Scorpio is an excellent time to do a ritual around personal power and growth. There is an extra boost if your Sun, Moon or rising sign is in Scorpio.
Scorpio rules the 8th House, which is the house of rebirth and regeneration, thus Scorpio rules the sexual organs. So, Scorpio is very focussed on creation and so this is a fantastic time to manifest things or let go of them. Keep them positive though, don't let the Pluto energy come and make your feel all crappy!
There has never been a better time to do a ritual than in this powerful New Moon, the ritual will ground your intention but ask yourself if you are ready and make room for it in your life.
So write down your wishes, make some space on your altar for them and do something, anything to show the Universe you are ready!

Electric Boogaloo

I did some serious ritual work last night, with a wish spell for a new client we have pitched for and will know about this week. This involved writing down what we wanted in gold ink on white paper. Sprinkling it with nutmeg, putting in an envelope with some oak leaves and binding it with gold and blue ribbons. We then have to hide it till the desire manifests and when it does we burn the envelope and its contents, sprinkle the ashes onto the ground and press a coin into the earth as thanks.
I got the Oak leaves from outside my dear departed grandmothers family home, so I felt good thats she had our metaphysical backs, so to speak.

I also did a 7 day ritual for the business. 1 red candle to burn negativity away and 7 green candles. Inscribed on each one with a pin is a different wish, rub prosperity oil and nutmeg, cinnamon and poppy seeds into the candle. Burn one a day and focus on that word for the day.

So mote it be!

Here is the link that I got these spells from, heaps of reading and some lovely rituals as well.
I am off today, closed the office for a much deserved long weekend for everyone, down to the coast for the day.

P.S I don't think your should work today so I give you this link to waste a some time on, although it is trés insightful. Here is the lovely link from Mystic Medusa. I am a Blue Electric Hand. [I thought I was, I just never wanted to put my electric hand up!]

Ebb and Flow

I was just reading an interesting piece on asking for things in life, in particular, using Wicca as your tool for drawing things to you. The theory being that if you are asking for rain does someone else suffer drought, if you ask for prosperity then is someone else then struck by poverty and so on, you get the drift.

Life is balanced and so if the saying goes 'for every negative there is a positive', does that mean for every positive there is a negative?

There is no life without death, I have been in rooms when babies cried to announce their arrival to the world and I have sat with others when life slowly edged away from them. The energy is the same at a birth and a death: heightened, desperate and often there are tears and laughter.

I am always amazed when someone loses someone significant in their family, often, within the year a baby is born, easing the pain and the heartache a little. There is nothing like children to put it all into perspective and maintain the balance in life, they are the fairies and we are trolls worrying about who is trip trapping on our bridge.

Perhaps when we wish for ourselves we might add, "With harm to no one, creating balance and if it serves our higher purpose."

I cannot say it better than Mr Jung.

"The word 'happiness' would lose its meaning if it were not balanced by sadness."

Drawing Down the Moon

Whilst the Piscean Princess cast for her own personal ritual and dreams tonight I promised that would draw down the moon for her to use for her benefit. Drawing Down the Moon is an ancient ritual in which you enter a trance and invoke the goddess through you, it can best be described by this quote from t he Ancient Thessalian Witches;
"If I command the moon, it will come down; and if I wish to withhold the day, the night will linger over my head; and again, if I wish to embark on the sea, I need no ship, and if I wish to fly through the air, I am free of my weight."

I commanded the moon for the Piscean Princess, asking it to give her everything she needs and desires. Drawing down the moon comes from the heart where all intention should come from, if you needs or desires serve the greater good then it shall be. The comes from surrendering yourself to the Goddess within and around you, giving yourself over to the humility, the Divine and love. Let go and accept the blessings.

Drawing Down the Moon ask us to allow ourselves to trust our own insight and wisdom, it unites us and gives comfort and security that we are all Gods, there is an old Egyptian adage that says:" There is no part of us which is not of the Gods."

Tonight, after I came inside from being one with the moon, I sent the Princess a message:
So Mote It Be. The Princess was only faintly surprised at my perfect timing, just a message to trust, it is all happening as it should, in its own wonderful way.

Moon goes into Pisces tomorrow at about 3.30pm, so a perfect time for mystical connections, the Princess must have felt it in her water, so to speak.

Monday Magic

Blessed worked up an abundance/prosperity spell and a clarity/ intention spell last night for the Sibyls to cast some intention at her new place of business. Part of the working was to walk around the premises with the incense and bless the space, which was lovely but the Piscean Princess and I got distracted by all the purdy things for sale, the salad bowl with handles was shaking the Piscean's tree and I love the blankets, ahh the blankets.
We discussed what to wish for when you wish for prosperity, always remember to wish for the resources to fulfill the work, harm to no one, to have fun and to share the resources. I think we took care of business last night, the power of 3 and all that stuff.
Upron leaving we ate at some fine Hong Kong cuisine in Chapel Street and received a divine back rub from the owner of the establishment. I noted that prosperity comes to us in odd ways and right now, eating with my dear friends, laughing and receiving a back rub from a smiling cook that had learnt how to massage from her Chinese doctor father when she was a small girl, we were indeed prosperous, its the small moments we forget to be thankful for and these are the ones that count.

Spirit of Spring

The Goddess sends her in her bustling and gusty Spring winds in to clear away the dust and cobwebs from every corner of my house, garden and mind. It clears my inertia and I am suddenly filled with hope, promise and industry.
A quick ring around and I found many in the same frame of Spirit. Blessed and Ram-Beau planting trees, The Piscean Princess had a Spring Clean at the Palace, The Grecian Goddess organising her study, filing papers and clearing out the past, The Contessa reorganising her anteroom for better Chi flow. The Playboy of St Kilda is planning adjustments to the Mansion upon the exit of his flatmate and his word on the street that the Mayor of All Good Times is planing a spring clean at his place of business next weekend.
I think that Spring truly arrives when the winds have cleared away the past and the pounding rain has cleansed and freshened up the ground and atmosphere. It is a perfect way to remind us that the there is something better, that dark can become light and every tiny green blade of grass represents a new opportunity and excitement.
Gandalf and I have rearranged the furniture this weekend, moved it all around and I am so happy with the change. I have bought herbs and pansy's to plant up, made raspberry drops for the changelings and a roast for dinner. I have written my list for tomorrow, drawn up some major plans for business and helped a loved one with a love spell and new job spell. A divine spells that involved crushing mint, cashews and vanilla pods and finished with spinning smoke, rose oils, pink candles and a Shakespeare sonnet. The air was alive with possibilities and intention.
I read the other day a psychiatrist saying that his job is not to cure a suicidal patient but to give them a reason to live, a reason to exist. That statement has stayed with me and I think you would be hard pushed not to find a reason to be alive in the Spring, anything new can happen and will.
Look alive my friends, the winds bring in the new, so open your hearts and your arms and get ready!

Shhhh, the Moon is in Libra

Yes, the moon moves into Libra, a time for balance and harmony between yourself and others, a good time for connections and friendships which is lovely. The only thing to be mindful of in this transit it is hard to make your mind up, a typical Libran issue.

I had such crazy and at time distressing dreams last night, my grandmothers, old friends and skinning animals, charming huh?
I think this is because the Moon was void of course last night, VOC dreams are important so I owe it to myself to look it up but I am afraid of what it all means, best to know though, 'what you resist will persist' as the saying goes.

I did a working last night called and Abundance Air Elemental Spell, which basically meant standing in the back garden with a bell in the wind[ and there was lots of wind here last night!] and saying an incantation and ringing the bell at certain times.
The book stated that the spell is best performed when:
It is windy √
It is a new moon √
It is a Friday √
It is the Sping Equinox √
Perfectly perfect in every way.
On the money, felt quite good, very simple and really made me express what it was I was after for my new business venture, which is becoming clearer and clearer since I have returned from FNQ.

So off to play on this fine Saturday, seeing The Devil wears Prada with Scorp Daughter and dinner with the Grecian Princess, have a great day my friends and Happy Spring Equinox to you and yours!
