The Fire Starter

I am secretly naming our new perfectly perfect staff member, "The Fire Starter." As a Leo, she brings some much needed spark to the business.
Elements in astrology are important. At work, we have an earth sign [me], an air sign [Gandalf] and a water sign [California Girl]. The Fire Starter [new staff member] brings in a perfect balance. I cannot even believe I didn't see how important this is!
Whilst I chose the person whom I felt the best connection with from the interviews, electional astrology is something that I should have considered.
Electional astrology is when you pick a time to start a plan or an activity so as to draw from the energies in the heavens. For example, being married in when the sun is in lovely sign, like Libra, which is all about balance.
Electional astrology is helpful when you need more of a certain element in your life.

At work Gandalf as an air sign is amazing at the blue sky thinking and the problem solving.
As a water sign California Girl is intuitive and receptive, getting the work flow out no matter how choppy the waves.
And I ? As an earth sign, I suppose my most obvious abilities are building. Earth signs are builders, and that is what I do at work. Earth signs are dependable, practical and materialistic, which is true as I am chief bean counter!
So the Fire Starter is much needed to balance us all out. Fun, self assured and strong, it is exacty what we needed and I thank the little fairies that bought us all together!
