Flores Flores

No time to pick up my flowers for my office, dammit.
I was in meetings all morning, so pointless really. I will do this though I will put on my list for tomorrow.
We are going to renovate the office at work, so I am going to start exploring Feng Shui on a deeper level and see what I can apply and where. The architects are mindful of this, very organic and with colour, love that, I really do not want a working environment that looks like the set from Blakes Seven. A white space with chrome surfaces and hidden doors. An excuse for not actually having any taste.

Tomorrow I am having a session on business development with a friend and business witch. She is also in the blessed state which is lovely. I always feel an amazing energy when around people hatching be it babies, plans or general voodoo.
I found a nice tip a while ago that I have not tried yet.
Take in a bunch of flowers for your office. This will remind you of the beauty in life, the sweet smell of success and your colourful future. It will also serve to remind ourselves how fresh our thoughts are and how easy it is to honour ourselves and how much power we have to make our world beautiful.
I will do this tomorrow.
Not sure about this pen set though, not really what I was thinking. Me thinks Crafty Alice from the Fairy Palace has been running wild with her gluegun !

Morning

Mystic Medusa is rockin' my world this morning with my scope. It is a great time for goal setting for all Taureans and I did mention yesterday that I was going to finish my strategic plan for the business this morning.
I will be mindful of my advantageous astro vibes when setting my goals today and making sure I don't hold back when planning and writing my action plan.

Wise words once said to me, "A goal without an action plan is just a day dream."
Bless the amazing Domonique for getting me on the path to intention and action plans.

Have done my new moon wishlist, I have saved a copy so as to check what comes to fruition. Remember it takes 3 lunar cycles[ moon bikes] to get your stuff done, be patient.
Wasn't sure whether I should write it in the back garden under the stars on parchment with a quill made from the tail of an ancient ash cover Phoenix.
Microsoft word just didn't seem a very spiritual tool. Doesn't mention in the article where I got the idea from the circumstances or tools needed for the job.
So Microsoft Word it is.
I did use a Seraph font just to give it a feel of mystery and respect.

If time is an illusion then why am I always late ?

Had breakfast with the Italian Crab who tells me he gets up at 5.30am every morning as his self help routine takes so long. He meditates, does his yoga then writes his affirmations and only then can he start his day. His girlfriend, The Uber Taurus says that she is sometimes impatient to get going with their day, but is left tapping her Ferragamo sneakered foot whilst waiting for him to "Get Om with it!"
This is an issue that I am finding is coming up for myself. I have so many things that I am can do to create high vibrations, good energy and excellent intention that I will not have any actual time for doing work.
Perhaps I need a routine like a new baby has. worth thinking about.


P.S Don't forget to write your wishlist tonight as it is a new moon.
Don't get too pedantic about it, wish for big picture stuff my friends, the nuts and bolts will be taken care of and will come as a reward.

I am that.

The healing session was great, although some of it was unusual, but the basic jist was that I am on the right track. Apparently I need to be "Mindful of Mindlessness". Might be a good bumper sticker to replace the "Driven by Fear" one that is currently on the car.

Part of the lessons was to look at the bigger picture in all aspects of my life, so since this is all about how to apply these lessons and learnings to my business, I will be certainly keeping this in mind when I review my strategic plans next week. Stop fucking ants and think big baby!

Perhaps I should have been more aware of the clock today when I arrived at my massage 30 minutes late. So, no massage, I will have to reschedule. Got Zen about it and thought there must be a reason, so I went to the T.S Bookshop with small people and bought some books and healing cards for a friend. Then sat in a cafe with so said small people and watched the rain wash the negative energy from the heat down the drain.

Sad to note that the rain also washed away the Chinese New Year Festival in the City, Year of the Wet Dog.
Wet dogs stink, I hope this is not an omen.

All good from the big guns as far as my life goes. Really, I do feel peace, nice to know someone is looking out for you from afar.
Off to the massage now. Will get back to you on more learnings later.

Good morning sunshine.

Awoke convinced the phone was ringing [it wasn't].
Lay in bed and listened to the rain and knew I was spiraling into some sort of funk so forced myself to get up.
Checked out the moon phase as to discover my attitude and pain behind my right eye. 5% of full. No wonder I am a bitch, I got nothing to howl at!
The Healer is calling me at 9am, bright and early, I am ready for her! Had my beans on toast and my cup of tea. Will take notes as to have something to refer to later, I like to look over them to see where I was at and where I am going next.
Then off to the massage therapist. I have never had a hot stone massage. Looking forward to it [I think].

Am I blue, am I blue ?

Man, this moon is killing me. I am so blue, work is a bitch and I bought some new pants I am convinced my cellulite shows through. Nobody cares though, gonna call them my "ego pants", I will wear them to remind me to get over myself and my cellulite. Frankly, I am dissappointed in myself.

Have a morning session with a healer tomorrow, good to see what is happening above me. she is hard core, the first time I spoke to her I thought she was wack, but since then I have either lost my judgment or I am wack, because a lot of what she says makes sense [in a wacky way].

Then I am having an Hawaiian Hot Stone Massage, a gift from my goddess/ healer/mentor who poses as my bookkeeper. Bless her and her gold heels, I am sure she has wings on her heels, she is totally the high energy I need in my life. Wished she worked with me everyday. Uber Light worker!

Wackity Wack

Read the Abundance spells book, weird and complicated. I won't name it in case I offend the author and they place a hex upon me. I tried another book, cute, a little bit chintzy, but here is the Easy Money Spell.

Light a green candle, let it burn for 5 minutes then blow it out and rub you hands together in the smoke and imagine all the abundance coming your way.

Husband and cohort in business did it with me. Will let you know how we go, I imagined putting lots of cheques in the bank for work.

Weaving magic

Gonna try some magic on the weekend, new moon on Sunday which is a great time for weaving according to my sources. Another nice idea is to write a New Moon Wishlist. Take a piece of paper and write down 10 wishes. Make them all positive and great for everyone around you, remember what you weave for other you will receive threefold. It takes about 3 moon bikes [lunar cycles] for your goals to reach fruition so don't get narky when they don't happen right away.

I think it is generally a great exercise to write down what you want in life. How you going to be happy when you receive something wonderful when you didn't know that you even wanted it in the first place. Gratitude baby, makes ya humble! Going to read my Abundance spell book and choose some spells, have looked at some of the resources needed and I am afraid I will have to search high and low for some of the required supplies. Cedar Shavings, orris root, dragons blood herbs and gold glitter. I can pop down to the nearest Spotlight for the glitter. Tick that one of the list. God, it all seems so complicated. Anyone know where I can get any dragons blood herb ?

Cleaning for God!

Ok, read Spiritual Housecleaning, there was a small section on the home office. Not really helpful at all to a business. Tips for cleaning keyboards with a hairdryer and the like.
Anyone with OCD around cleaning issues should try to steer clear of this book, so much cleaning, so little time.
I say this with the smugness of someone who moved last year and got rid of about 50% of my crap. I probably could have used this book last year though.
If you are a piglet and feel that it all your possessions are falling in on you in your darkest insomnia moments then this maybe for you.
Keeping all that in mind, I will ask valued staff, Ms Leo and Miss Libra to run their eyes around the office tomorrow with a view to cleansing and toning in the Sacred Work Space.

The moon, the moon!

Apparently a great time to" clean house". I was onto something when I previously posted the book choice for tonight's reading list. Psychic moment maybe? Weird? But not weird enough.
It is a waning crescent moon which is apparently a great time to tie up loose ends and clear the way for new energies. Also celebrates goddess energy.
Note to self: Maybe schedule a mani/pedi, nah, then I would have to leave the house.
I will drag mattress out in front of TV and spend all day in bed in front of aforementioned box and tend to nothing but my ego, whilst watching Who's the Boss reruns and wondering where Judith Light is now.
P.S I ask these question and soon after [maximun time 2 weeks] the universe will give me answer on Judith's whereabouts, I am not kidding, this happens all the time! recently with a Rene Russo question, up jumps the trailer to her latest family flick.
Perhaps I should start asking questions that will actually make a difference to the universe.

I am in the clear.

I was told by valued staff member that my draft letter to not so valuable staff member showed a little too much clarity on my behalf, so I will reformat with a little less Movie of the Week drama tomorrow. I still blame the patchouli oil.
I am planning on reading Spiritual Housecleaning book tonight, will try to apply to the business. Always time to clean and clear and increase the flow. Make room for the new. Chi and Chong.

Clarity is a bitch sometimes!

Had to write a formal warning to a staff member, I did mention in an earlier post that not all staff are High Energy.
Wow, not easy to write and I was disturbed at how much clarity the patchouli oil gave me, it was crystal how their crappy performance impacts the business and others around them
Damm that patchouli oil!
Have replaced it with lemongrass oil, apparently stimulating and balancing.
The Libra of Oils I am assuming.

Where is High Voltage when you need her ?

Pulled a card from The Power of Intention card deck. Apparently I have to to spend my day around High Energy people, people who see the greatness in me and who are empowering. Alrighty then.
That's great, most of the people here are that most of the time, today seems full of promise.

Oils ain't oils...

Started the day with an excellent coffee from the local cafe run by a very friendly bunch of New Zealanders who have traveled across the waters to set up shop here, happy for them and happy for me as I get lovely impressions of fern leaves on my latte. The things people can do nowadays never fails to astound me.
I like that they take the time frankly.
So got to work, fired up the oil burner and dropped in some patchouli oil. Patchouli is supposed to make the mind sharper and to help with clarity of thought. Will let you know if this is happening, I have asked all staff to be on alert if my thoughts seem to have any more clartity than usual, in fact any clarity at all. Would make a change.

Abracadabra

There are 49 weeks of the year left. My intention is to try a different spiritual thing every week in my business and see what changes abound. I will be game to try anything, I will run the gamut from Aromatherapy to Zen.
I have an interest in the occult and I feel that my business could do with something extra, especially during an otherwise ordinary January. I will let you know the changes and what mysteries abound at The House of the Nine-To-Five!
