I'm alive

Yep, alive, just been doing shit is all.

Full moon tomorrow at 8.00am in Capricorn. Perfetly perfect in everyway, the Sibyls are having a reunion. I am the only one sáns bebe, I am the crone of the coven now, no denying.

The Full Moon in Capricorn is the self obsessed moon. It's the old saying, "Enough about me, what do you think about me?"
Too funny. Watch, you will see it emerge around you over the next few days. Self obsession is for opera singers , who only sing " memememememe."

Winter Solstice

Winter Solstice today and tomorrow. Time to emerge into the light. Time to see things differently. Lovely stuff. Planning with Blessed tomorrow to honor this time and the sun Goddess Isis.
Meanwhile, Cainer is rockin' the stars hard today. Check him out.

Thanks for the tip Fish Girl and have a safe flight.
Thanks also to the gorgeous Piscean Mermaid for my lovely belated birthday candles and blessings.

The collapsable wheelbarrow

Last night I dreamed I was trolling through the neighborhood with an empty wheelbarrow. It was holding me up in a major fashion till I worked out I could collapse it and put it in my sons pencil case. Nice metaphor huh? I was also laden with all the families coats and jackets till I found a bag to pop them in also. Basically I unburdened my subconscious and packed up my troubles in my old kit bag [and pencil case].

Moon is in Leo today. A crescent moon which means we have to move towards goals and draw the energy towards us. Taking courage from the emotional wisdom from Retro Mercury in Cancer to have courage to move away from past and move towards a fabulous future.

So mote it be.

Lots happening

New Moon in Gemini today at 1.14pm. Have a sandwich and make some new moon wishes.

Gemini rules:
Motion and activity- Need a new car, want to take a mini holiday, this is the time to ask.
Learning, technology and Internet -Need a new computer, want to be more proficient with the computer. Want help with a course you are undertaking?
Writing, speaking, listening -Need to finish the book, write the speech or find the right questions to ask, this is your time.
The list also includes:
Ingenuity, hands on skills, cleverness. Tact, acceptance, Wittiness, Social skills, Siblings, Neighbors, Associates, Excessive questioning, nervousness, Hay fever, lungs, breathing, nervous system.

Whatever you wish for, include some of the above or all if your like and things will soon be super duper. I have in the last 24 hours made a few decisions that I realise the Moon in Gemini instantly supports. Good times huh?

On another note, Mercury Retrograde In Cancer today. Hells bells. Lots of old memories resurfacing. Tip: Takes the emotional wisdom and leanings from these and feel satisfied that you learned the lesson. Do not, I repeat do not spiral into a downwards circle of sobbing and tissue clutching. This is freefloating emotional debris territory. The way to tie it down is to acknowledge what you have learned from the associations.
Mine has already started with a memory about Blessed Seraph and myself that I had sunk to the depth of my emotional ocean. I nearly drove of the road as it buoyantly sprung back into my cerebellum. I took the wisdom and said a blessing for us both. Move along folks, nothing to see here.

"Reader, I married him."

This is the best line from my all time fave book, Jane Eyre.
Still cry every time.
Here are the books on my bedside table at the moment.
Since I am still filled with cold this what shall fill my days ahead. I will read them in order. Or at least do my best.

Baby it's cold outside....

I am sick still from processing the toxicity around me over the past few weeks. The only solace is my bedroom and my divine velvet throw over my knees. I feel very Gertrude Stein. Me, my thoughts and a velvet throw. Trés fabulous. The word 'fabulous' comes from the word 'fable'.
If something seems fantastical or from a fairy story then it is fabulous.
My velvet throw is fabulous. It is the sort of things the Snow Queen from Narnia would have thrown over Edmund's lap whilst he scoffed his pasty face with Turkish Delight in the Land of Narnia.
Blogging of fantastical stories, I finished The Time Traveller's Wife under my throw this morning. Lovely, lovely stuff. What a read and what a story. Audrey Niffeneger's mind must be filled to overflowing with brilliance. Onto new books now. There is a pile beside my bed to read. I have blogged before about my book fetish. "Take the shame" as Lauren's friends say to her from The Catherine Tate Show. I am taking the shame and taking to my bed. Velvet throw and all.

Paris says,"Dear Buddha, I want a pony and a plastic rocket!"

'Sup Bitches?

Jamie Lee Curtis, a Sun Sagg with and Aries Moon, keeps it real for everyone in her article on the drama that is Paris Hilton, see here at The Huffington Post.

I am mindful that most people are feeling 'whatever' about it all but this opinion piece brings to our attention that fact that we live in an over praised society, with women behaving like little girls. See "uber girls" Hilton, Li-Lo [Lindsay Lohan] and the walking pickup stick[ Nicole Richie] never being told 'never' as evidence for this argument.

Paris:I want a pony, I want a new car, I want my own TV show, I want everything.

Me: What about boundaries, routine, empathy, being useful to society, to make a difference.

Paris: Like, whatever. Step off muthaf&cka!

Stop resisting, start spitting.......

When we resist we stop the flow of happiness coming towards us. This is a tough one to learn. Letting go and allowing the natural order to come to us in the best way for us.
I said to The Contessa at breakfast yesterday, to allow all the thing to come to her as I believe they will. I have put her on strict orders to say 'yes' for the next 6 months. The world will twist and turn to set her on the destiny path for her life. I suggest this to everyone.
Pursue happiness first and the rest will follow. Stop interfering with lifes order of they way things are Meant to come to you. How do you know what is right or wrong for you? Things always work out, non?

Stop focusing on the money and focus on the feeling you want to bring into your life.
Do you get that feeling right now in other parts of your life?
When you hold your baby? When you smell fresh basil picked from your garden?
When you walk to the park with your dog?
When you sit watching the sun set in a free world?

I shopped for years when we had no money because things made me feel that I was secure. Instead all it did was give me a massive credit card debt I could not pay off.
So, I stopped shopping, had more money and when I looked at my bank balance I felt the security I had been chasing all along.

What is the feeling your want to bring into your life?
When do you feel that now?
How can you get more of it?

Life's a bowl of cherries my friends, just remember to spit out the pips.

Faith Sustainer

The Good Doctor described her job as sometimes being a 'faith sustainer' when people find their way through the dark maze of life.
It is in these dark shadows of the hedges that we can come up against twists, turns and dead ends. Mazes are easy to navigate though. The tip when you are next in a maze is to always turn left. Left will bring you the center or out depending on the puzzle at hand.
This advice does not however pertain to life.

At our darkest moments we all need a 'faith sustainer.' Think of the people in your life who hold your hand when you pull the shard of glass from your heart or the nails from your hand. The one who says it will all be alright, because they actually believe that it will be. The ones who help you to see the situation for what it is and what it could be.

All we need is one significant person to believe in us, they see the light inside and switch it on occasionally. I have this in my life many times over. The Good Doctor, Blessed Seraph, The Piscean Princess, The Grecian Goddess, The Contessa, Fish Girl, Gandalf, Domonique the Wonderful. All are 'faith sustainers' to me and I hope I have been to them in some way.

I made a decision to only have people in my life who add value. I would rather have one authentic exchange that a thousand small pleasantries.
"Tell the truth, tell the truth, tell the truth" says Elizabeth's best friend in Eat, Pray, Love.
The truth will emerge regardless. It cannot be suppressed. When you do not tell the truth you live in the maze, trying to emerge into the light but knowing that you are going around in circles. Turn left and go to the light.

People always show themselves to you eventually as they are in their heart. Relationships are for a reason, a season and a lifetime. Being able to recognize which one the true gift.

Horary Astrology

I did it! After flirting with Horary astrology for over 6 months I finally got myself a proper reading from the divine Nina Holly of Gryphon Astrology.
I asked a trés personal question regarding my future . Wonderfully it links with a prophetic dream I had on Saturday night.
I love this stuff and this site is bloody good astrology. I need to be careful, I could become hooked ........Shut the box Pandora, shut the box!

Hope is not a business strategy

You can cast all the spells you want, write in your journal endlessly and watch The Secret for 72 hours in a row, but nothing comes from nothing! I know I sound like Tony 'banana hands' Robbins but tis' true!
So, in this light, with a few things going off course at work, I hope and I take action. Combining hope with action and a strong measure of faith is always the panacea needed when the crap hits the fan, so to speak.
My intuition is telling me to keep to my action plans at the moment and do something different. Anything. This is the feeling that i have when things can go either way. Only this time I decide to send them in a positive direction. I put on my trusty armour and decide to get smart. It will be what I want it to be and I want it to be good.

Things to do:

1. Go back and revisit action plans

2. Revisit strategic plans

3. Schedule in appointment with coach

4. Make a list of what I want from this month, personally and professionally.

5. Wear the cape with pride, god dammit!

Music

I have a stereo in my study. It is the greatest of indulgences and I love it more than than I thought I ever would. I have always had music in my life, in fact I made it my career for a time. I cannot imagine my life without its presence.
I heard a radio interview recently with a scientist who discovered that different tonalities turn on emotions in our brain. The higher the vibration, the higher the feeling of joy.
Why did we need science to confirm what us aural junkies have known for years?

Sadness requires Nick Cave, Tom Waits and Allegri Miserere.
Happiness requires Beach Boys, Brandenburg Concertos and Kylie Minogue remixes.

I love all music, I am eccentric in my tastes. Bach sits next to Ella Fitzgerald, who resides with Michael Jackson and Cold Chisel. I am not a music snob. I listen to everything I can and am forever downloading new tracks to experience new sounds.
I wonder of there a link between being a music lover and your own personal vibration?

Do we have our own personal soundtrack, like an aura?

Do we have an aural?

I think so.

Somedays, I am humming, literally. Other days my energy is the double bass in the orchestra.
I can quite easily change a bad mood to good with help from Stevie Wonder. Zero 7 chillaxes me and classical music calms me in heavy traffic.
Lounge room dance offs in my house are infamous with friends and family, car discos are popular with my kids and my trusty ipod has been known to come out at parties for dancing competitions.

Music is my connection.

I really love my new stereo.

Hell yeh!

This is hell money. This is the money that are offered to the Gods as appeasement after someone has died. It is also called spirit money.
I am building an altar to the Chinese god of literature Wen Ti. Apparently he likes the casholla.
I will offer him some to make sure things are gonna go peachy for my book.
He was quoted as saying, "Heaven decides literary success." Indeed Wen Ti. Indeed.
Wen Ti also gets a few celebrations throughout the year, unlike the other gods that just get one day. He is celebrated at both equinoxes as well as the third and eight month of the Chinese calendar.
Go Wen Ti!

Rituals for Full Moon in Sagg

It is nearly a full in in Sagg. Moon in Sagg is the best time for spells involving travel, sports, truth, writing, justice, horses; healing of the liver and thighs. I have pastured the horses for the winter and have no immediate travel plans. Sport does not thrill me, so truth, justice and writing it is!

I will go through my book of 5000 spells to find something wonderful and get back to you. If there is anything about horses in it, I will be sure to post for the ponyheads.

Apollo and the Muses

A very Venuisan weekend with the 7 Muses, very auspicious number nón?
4 are in the blessed state. Needless to say there was much eating, scratching of bellies and baby talk. I am all up for it, as I have babies and have a lots to say about anything I have experienced. Actually I also have much to say about things about which I know nothing. I claim this is part of my eccentricities. I just like to talk.
I often want to butt in on others conversations, chat with strangers. Cafés and public transport is like a form of communication torture to me. There seems to be so many interesting trades of information happening all around me, I want to be in all off them. At the centre of the trading table, gesticulating and learning.
This is my lesson, silent learning. Tomorrow. Tomorrow.Tomorrow.

I know its boring but still more Mars in Aries

Still more Mars in Aries learnings. As Astrobarry says, work with it, not against it and you will fly through the lessons at a speed of light.
To quote Jackie Stewart," Go, go , go, go!"

Now I am off to the lost weekend at the beach with the Sibyls and other witchy women. I have cooked the meal, Blessed is on the dessert and The Piscean Princess has provided the venue.
Hot stone massages, games of Psychic Challenge and tarot readings. Bring it on!

Vastu Shastra you say?

I just created an amazing abundance altar from my new Vastu Shatra book.
Lovely high level altar creation. Made me work for the beauty though. The final result is amazing and incredibly divine and special.
Vastu Shasta is the ancient sacred science from India that Feng Shui is based upon. Its is simpler then Feng Shui and maybe a little more organic, which is right for me. It is also based on Astrology, which is another reason I love it.

Am gonna ring Blessed now to discuss with her an altar for her future!

Mars in Aries rears its head again, thank god!

Mars in Aries has given me the courage to swiftly dealt with issues this week that have been keeping me awake at night.
Interestingly when the truth finally emerged this week about a particular work situation I have feeling powerless in, I had more support than I realised. From staff and clients alike they have come and spoken their truth to me today, now it is all out in the open.
Perhaps when you broach the subject honestly then will people speak freely. Coming out of this and hearing from people, I realise how much damage was being done behind the scenes and in fact I was adding to this debris by not facing it squarely and stopping the energy in its tracks.
"Moving forward" as the Californian Girl stated to me today and breathing a sigh of relief.
"Indeed." I reiterated. Off to cleanse the mind and soul this weekend, with my "silly spiritual stuff,"[ SSS, its shall be known hereafter]. Hilarious.
