Does it come in somewhere between Size 12 and elastic ?

I have been using a particular birth time, assumed to be real, for my charts for a number of years now. Sometimes the charts were right on target, sometimes not. I have since found out that my Mother has given me the wrong time of birth!!!!!!!!
Jesus, I feel so off kilter, where's my midheaven???
Makes sense why some of my charts over the years are nonsensical.

Mother Water bearer claims that she told me, I don't recall this VITAL bit of information being passed on, I had a completely different time. Bloody hell, I am madly reordering charts. Interesting, I didn't like alot of the old charts, in fact I might view this as me being reborn.

Having a drink with the ladies on Thursday night, might view this as wetting the babies head [me!] and celebrate my rebirth.
Thinking of wearing the above, thoughts please.

Intuition baby

Much discussed potential staff recruitment here today. Why are creatives so god dammed precious? Its not art, its design, mutha phukas!
Meanwhile, got shirty with Domonique the Wonderful today! Sorry! I blame no-one but myself and my "ish"ues!
Rang a much trusted recruitment agency, I know that's an oxymoron, but she does care on a deeper level and did place the Bohemian Pisces with me to much success.
I said to her that I cannot and will not be Dr Phil in the office anymore. She understands.

Gandalf and I have spent a large part of the day discussing the weightings of talent over a potential personality disorder.
Do we hire a creative genius who is, as a referee said, "a bit different, he is not always aware of what is appropriate in the workplace?" Does that mean he pulls his pants down and does nudey runs round the studio every time he renders something ? Does he have a troll doll collection on his desk that he talks to and leaves snacks out for ? Is he the office psycho who like a friend of mine experienced, ate all the olives out of her salad that she bought into work and then told her about it?

Almost makes me want to hire him just to see what happens next.....almost.
Said to Gandalf and Domonique the Wonderful on the phone, would we, as Tom Ford said, have him over for dinner at our house? The answer is no.

Moonstruck with Seraph and Princess under the fig tree again.
Did the New Moon ritual, a wishing ring spell. Made the wishes quite universal and high consciousness, not nuts and bolts. Lovely, slept like a lamb, but with curious dreams.

Did some North Node/South Node investigating last night with the Sibyls and discovered that we are all connected from past lives, the Piscean Princess having designed the lost city of Atlantis and the Blessed Seraph and I having being responsible for bringing it down when we were Queens. Typical. Is that why we are confidantes now?
Do the Blessed Seraph and I have to atone for our roles in the downfalls of entire cities? And have we connected with the Piscean Princess to right our wrongs?
Blessed and I both admitted that we still hear the rustle of pomp and circumstance in the distance at times.

I remember a dinner party once were all the guests realised that all our forefathers came from similar regions, including the Italiano Crab from Mytleford and the Uber Taurus from Iona, we were all connected from the past.
Do we meet over and over again, lifetime after lifetime?
Some, in my life I would be happy to spend many lifetimes with, some, however I would prefer to move on asap.

The crypt keeper speaks

I just tried to register a new business name online and I tell you what, the ghosts in the machine didn't like it! Crashed my bloody radiation box!
Rang the Consumer Affairs peeps and got the most divine pet called Gladys, she sounded like Rip Van Winkles mother but was so knowledgeable about all things IT. I know about IT and she knew her shit man!
I was so impressed, also discussed my sore throat and its relativity to the Armageddon rain storms on Saturday, Gladys put on the table for discussion the levels of frustration people are experiencing about technology and is this contributing to global warming via us getting all overheated and shit. Big stuff, feel good that Gladys is in Consumer Affairs, she knows her stuff man, boned and honed.

Spiritual is the new black!

Domonique the Wonderful has sent me an article on Naomi Wolf and her religious awakening.
Naomi Wolf ? Book is called The Treehouse. She is a her own truthteller, I know that much, and is definitely fulfilling her contract, will read and be open when it is released here.
Meanwhile, new moon in Pisces and I am, as I said under the fig tree again tonight with the Sibyls. The Moon does strange things to many of us and I myself have been dreaming like some sort of freak on a leash!

Nana Libran ahs gone to see her doctor, is freaking out about taking time off work because of her alphabet injury. It's all part of it, the more she stresses the more her injury plays up! Its is entirely stress related. We do not get the best out of our staff when we are not supporting them. Her health is more important than any job!!!

In saying that, have also been talking to other staff member about her issues regarding looking after herself, saying she owes it to herself and her job to be top of her game! Lovely to see she is being much kinder to herself, skin is clear, hair clean, bright eyes and clean clothes. I love to see people being kind to their little mini-selves inside.

New Business and New Age

This week I focus on New Business. All things to help the coffers are greatly appreciaated.
So far, I have a talisman that I have charged through a ritual in my banking drawer and a protection spell in the drawer also with my intention written on it.
I did have some Feng Shui stuff from a few years ago, but I need to read my book and look at a compass and get these set up in the right positions, as I am sure they are in dreadful spots for maximum chi flow.
Will do some more reseach later on the this and get back to you.

Advice for the New Moon

Blessed Seraph, best friend and spirit-spotter for Spiritual Business, had a tarot reading with a gypsy [who once "got off chops" with Stevie Nicks and Mick Fleetwood in the 1970's]. He told her that once you connect with witchy energy you have to keep feeding the force.
So in keeping with that theme, I feel I have to let you now that there is New Moon in Pisces on Monday evening at 7:30pm, Melbourne time. I am planning a New Moon Ritual with the Piscean Princess and Blessed Seraph under the Fig Tree.

Networking for Dummies

I lunched with a client/alliance today who flew down from Sydney to discuss future plans for our fabbo shops to continue to do good things together.
I met her in a pool in Fiji. Well, I was in the pool and she was beside it, relaxed and tanned we discussed George Negus's book on Islam and then swiftly moved to other scintillating topics such as the state of the media in Australia and Hong Kong shopping. A serendipitous meeting under the palm trees. Shows that networking for business can happen anywhere, even in bathers!

Friday, an easy day for me, new business is always quiet on a Friday and Brave Lioness is in at work striking shock and awe with her need for all things to be done "just so". Feel comforted knowing I have a Lioness in my cave all day.

The Piscean Princess, Grecian Goddess and Blessed Seraph have pooled their coin and bought a Pied a Terre in bustling St Kilda. Gorgeous. Clever Sibyls!
Reading about Pied a Terres. I read , it has connotations with a jetset lifestyle.
Probably should say, has connotations with a broomstick lifestyle!
Beautifully manifested ladies, done with style, thought and cleverly sealed with a a contract!
I look forward to breaking a bottle of Moet over the balcony.

Dreams

After my Middle Eastern Feast last night, I forgot to mention my incredible dreams last night. Is it true that some foods make you dream at a different level?
Amazing dream, woke up crying at 5.09 am, weeping. Dreamt about Beloved, a long since crossed over soulmate, who visits me in my sleep several times a year. She is never dead in the dream consciousness, we play, laugh and reconnect. Last night she sang me a Bjork song complete with a chorus line and dance moves! We were our current age in the dream even though she left me long ago. Still so happy she and I have so much in common. Woke up crying and laughing but peaceful.

Love her all the time in our past life together, this lifetime and the next.

Balsamic Moon

No needy for a pithy heading today, the title is the subject!
We are currently experiencing a Balsamic Moon in Capricorn. What does it mean? Foodies meets Moonies? No? No!

I do like the term"Balsamic Moon", if I had a restaurant I would call it as that.

The Meeting of the Alpha Poobah Lodge!

Had a witchy evening with a group of uber Alpha females at a Middle eastern restaurant last night where we discussed all things life, magic and otherwise. such hijinx, I had an overwhelming need to grab the 6 fezzes displayed on the wall and place them each of our heads to celebrate how bloody fabulous we all are!
Great women together create an energy like no other, doesn't matter how many men stand nude under moonlight, banging drums and killing wild animals. The energy between females is palpable, mysterious and intense. No need for moonlight, juts some cous cous, a cheeky waiter and hormones.

Had a day with the Tarot Cards yesterday. Did a reading for myself, which was surprisingly accurate and very reassuring. Some lovely themes popped up, Cups, Coins and The Card of The Writer, which warms the cockles.

Chilled with Blessed Seraph last night, I drank lemon cordial whilst she did fulfilled her role as Earth Spirit Guide for The Not So Gay Divorcée or as I like to call her: The Perfect One.
Interesting listening to the words Blessed used on The Perfect One, very universal, broad, high concept healing words. Calmed her down and guided her home.
Blessed Seraph is of good heart.
Layout for Blessed included swords [ normal stuff, she is a Scorpio after all. Lots of 6's, decisions looming, but some good ones I think. Also cards around trusting her intuition.]

P.S Lets send out some light to the gorgeous Perfect One, healing her cracked heart and reminding her she is Perfectly Perfect in every way and so is her journey to where she is now.

As I mentioned earlier

I did mention to be careful what you wish for. The Success Spell is working! But now squabbling with Gandalf over the work schedule at the moment. He is stressed, did a 16 hour day yesterday, tired little wizard! Meanwhile I also have been working and having 2 changelings to muzzle and nuzzle, till late in the evening. [The Pisces 4 year old was nude and spitting in the hallway last night. charming, and the Scorp 9 year old is receiving phonecalls and being asked out on dates, she's 9 for God's sake!]
So, there's the rub, as I like to say, put it out there and received but didn't plan for what would happen if it worked. Why? Because I didn't really believe? Not sure, but its worked, so much work on and not nearly enough staff. Trusted my intuition and put it out there and starting the moves for hiring last week, thought it was a leap of faith but see now I did the right thing in getting the wheels in motion.
Meanwhile, back to work, doing it, doing it, doing it.

Love it! Nanna Libran inspired a client to let me write some marketing ideas for his divine Spa/Retreat based around paganism, new moons and holy days for July this year. Gorgeous, it was fun and I learnt a whole lot. It's lovely when your day job meets your passion, ouî?

I have written a new vision statement and I am applying this to my action plans for work. I like it, certainly better written than the last one I wrote 18 months ago. Its more confident and reflective of how powerful these tools can be. I repect the vision statement now. Your thoughts create your reality. I know that for sure, as Oprah would say.
It is very high level but I was so careful of the words I chose. Its the old adage: Be Careful What you Wish For, You May Just Get It.

The thing about running a business, I have worked out is, the more successful you are the harder you work. There's the rub. I read an article on the weekend about a woman who left her fulltime position in the workforce to work part time and started to spend long hours in the garden and cook 7 hour lamb roasts and so on. Sounds divine, I thought, but then I realised I would be bored after 3 months and would be planning on how I could turn it into a cottage industry and help the world with my vegies and baking dishes.

Back to the plans.

Which way is up?

Have bought Gandalf a Feng shui kit for his office, with eight easy lessons!
Should we trust the eight easy lessons bit? Does it come with a set of free steak knives?
It does come with a compass which is great, as I have issues with direction, both Physically and Metaphysically. He is in a dungeon of an office, no natural light till we do the renovations this year. Poor little lab rat!

Gee, I whipped through my list at work yesterday, must be the astro transits occuring. I tell you though, the further I delve in Astrology the more complex it seems, it is so much more then the whole Sun sign thingy.

I have a hankering to do a Tarot reading about ME tonight. Would love to see where and why and what for. I did one for Saggo sis-in-law on the weekend and was frightfully spot on, I kept apologising and gesturing to the cards.

She is doing the Leadership and Management course with Domonique the Wonderful and is struggling with change and moving forward. The teeth problems in the dream indicate she is moving into a new phase of her life. Teething problems also suggest that she is finding it difficult to accept changes into her current life. Teeth often represent decisions, therefore problems with teeth may represent long-standing indecisiveness or an inability to assimilate, analyse or make decisions about incoming change. Scorpio daughter turned on TV Sunday morning and there was Hocus Pocus, the film playing. Then she switched over to The Simpsons and there was the episode when Marge is a witch in Salem during the witch trials.
We left the house, popped Fleetwood Mac on the CD on the car, was reading the liner notes while discussing with Gandalf how Blessed Seraph and I believed Stevie Nicks was Super Witchy when I noticed that all her songs on Rumours are Copyrighted to Welsh Witch Music.
Leave the car and go into a shop to buy the little changelings new shoes and Stevie has followed us in and Fleetwood is playing on their stereo in the shop.
Later that evening watching a rerun of Seinfeld and there was Elaine trying to share a song with her an her new boyfriend and what was the song she wanted for them?" Witchy Woman"!
Monday morning, watching Sabrina, the Teenage Witch on TV with kids!
