Whatcha reading?

I have been thinking about the librarian at my sons school this morning. A jollier, happier soul you could never meet. She is smiling all the time, and intuitively knows the right books to recommend to the children. I think she is a witch or at least a fairy. Recently my son and I saw penguins at the St Kilda pier. Nesting amongst the rocks and then diving off them in a display that would rival a Busby Berkley musical routine. So gorgeous and exciting to see them in the wild and being all 'penguiny' in their charm.
The next day my son did not have time to get some new books from the library so the librarian sent a selection down to him. Amongst the books was a story of Alfreda the St Kilda penguin who lived at the pier. I know! Special. When I questioned her knowing, she claimed to not know but merely that the book at seemed like something the Pisces son would like. Bingo!

This librarian reads children books for a living. She loves them, picture books, chapter books, they all matter to her. I think this is why she is so special. Her mind has been kept young and filled with the wonder of life and possibilities. Miracles happen in the books of our youth. We are able to climb trees and visit magical lands. Spiders make webs with words in them. Friend ships are honest and pure and we marry the boy that pulled our red plaits in the schoolyard.

Then suddenly we read books to make us smarter, more educated and in my opinion, less in touch with optimism. I know someone who is obsessed with reading books about Islamic women and their oppression. 'Veil books' she calls them.
Do they serve to make her feel better about her choices in life? Does she feel oppressed and somehow reading these books make her feel what freedom she does have more intently? I don't know, I am just pondering while I type. Maybe she was an Islamic woman in a last life?

I recently watched a movie where the overworked heroine takes a holiday with a stack of books off the New York Times best seller list. She thinks she finally has time to read them, not because she wants to but because she feels she has to. They are at the top of the list so she 'should' read them. In fact, she does not really want to read them they are not of any interest to her, but she does not know herself at all and does not trust her likes and dislikes to go in search for what she does want to read about.

Right now my daughter is in be with her latest book, Each Little Bird That's Sings. What a gorgeous title. I plan on reading it after her. Not because I have to but because I want to. And then I am going to read all my favorite childhood books again.

I want to revisit The Little White Horse and The Would Be Goods. The Children of Green Knowne. I may even crack the Trixie Belden series again. Nancy Drew anyone? I want to read what inspires, makes me laugh and hope.

Really this diatribe is not about what you should read. Who the hell am I to say?
But my gentle suggestion is to consider reading more about what brings us joy either in the choice of book or the subject matter. I honestly think we would then have fewer wrinkles, like the jolly librarian.
And that is what most of us are searching for, a wrinkle free future.

What a hoot!

Hi, My name is Olivia. I am both a country and city girl, feeling equally at home in either. I love to rip the heads of possums and eat them whole. I also have the cute habit of regurgitating the fur and bones and only keeping down the flesh. Yummy!
I am looking for a fella who will enjoy this habit with me and can move easily between my pads in the urban sprawl and the bushland.
For an extended profile read more here.

Make a Wish

Reading, writing and coughing. I have gone and gotten myself a cold from over thinking and having too much to process in the last week. Good one!

In my recent reading I found this tidbit of info and thought I would share it with you.

This image is of a wish box. In Feng Shui, these are über important. This one has the symbol for Double Happiness which would be nice as a wedding present.

They are used to focus energy on your personal wishes. Wishes are written on paper and placed in a special box. Sometimes crystals are then added to the box to give it extra power. Then the box is put in an area of the house that has energy. The box is opened every so often and the wishes are read aloud. Once a wish is fulfilled it is removed from the box. New wishes are added to the box when desired. Boxes come with instructions for use and placement based on Feng Shui principles.

I have put one on my desk at home and at work. I have lots of pretty boxes lying around and now they have a purpose.

My first wish is to get rid of this cold.

Venus between us

Venus has moved to my 12th house, meaning selflessness in love and getting down with my inner hippie.

Natally, I have nothing in my 12 th house, so I am always thrilled when someone comes to visit.

Venus has made herself welcome by me finishing edits of 2 chapters of my book, decluttering Pisces Son's room after watching a terrifying Oprah episode on Friday. See here.

More folks over for lunch today. Autumn yummies in the oven and incense burning, serenity is the choice of the day, inside and outside.

Little pink ears

Gorgeous dreams about swarthy babies born with ringlets and hoop earrings last night.
Pretty little thing, very fashion forward to be born with earrings.

Nine

15,714 emails to be deleted. This cannot be good. Add them together and you get 18, add this together and you get 9.

Other night I dreamt I found a bag and before I opened it I asked for something to be inside it Meant specifically for me. Inside was cheque written addressed to me and the amount was $3744.54. Added together this comes to 27 [ my fave number] add this together and you get 9.

Nine Trivia.

All numbers rise in series of nines and then begin again, and that babies are born in the ninth month, lends itself to nine symbolising the completion of a process, or stage of growth. There are also, in some mythologies and religions, nine orders of angels or forces. At the ninth hour, the veil is rent between spirit and matter. The astrological sign is Sagittarius, the sage or counsellor. It rules the thighs, and the ninth house rules travel and dreams.

Maybe my thighs will get smaller now?

Thoughts?

Maybe if I pray.

I know there is an Angel of Sighs but is there an Angel of Thighs?

Scorpio Moon Rising

Full Moon in Scorpio at 8.42pm this evening.

The truthful moon. Write down want you to release and let it go. Let it go.

I am off to write mine down, burn them and drink them in a fine red wine.
I transmute myself.

Push, push, push!

My most recent understanding of the world is that you gotta push through the pain. I am hoping it will get easier.

Lately things have been stalled around me, work, my personal projects. Obstacles making themselves known and frankly not welcomed.

I spent the better half of Saturday afternoon, supposedly put aside to work on my personal project. Instead I spent 90 minutes reading a TomKat blog. What the hell?
An esteemed friend yesterday told me, after I shamefully admitted my secret to her, that my time was not misspent. It was useful procrastination time and should only be seen as such.
Alrighty. I will take this baton and run with it.

I will continue to push, although obstacles are not out of my way and I want to run away to warm climes. Push through, push through, push through......

Venus shares her love

For a while I thought I was turning into the unabomber, so antisocial I was thinking about knitting myself a beanie and building a shed in my backyard for my own personal use. Then Venus moved into my 11th house and Mercury conjunct my Venus and now I am the quite the social butterfly.
Out for drinks with Gandalf on a school night. Then an all too brief lunch with The Contessa yesterday. I opened my house for a dinner last night with a splendid Pisces, Aquarian and a Virgo. Lunch tomorrow at mi casa with Blessed, Ram-Beau and some more folk and their changelings.
I cannot keep this pace up always, but it is swell to know I can put the plans away for the shed for a little while longer.

My candle burns at both ends;
It will not last the night;
But, ah, my foes, and, oh, my friends -
it gives a lovely light.

Did I leave my heart in......

San Francisco coincidences coming thick and fast in the last 24 hours.

Yesterday morning I walked out of my office and announced that I wanted to move to San Francisco, for no good reason. It just popped into my head.

Then I googled for a recipe for fresh tuna and I found a swell casserole recipe, which I printed and then realised it was from the San Francisco Gate paper. [Delicious, thanks for asking.]

And finally, I received a lovely email from Astrobarry , who lives in the city, about this very blog and our mutual appreciation society for Olivia.

What does it all mean?

When I was younger, I did a world tour and spent some time in San Francisco and it is the city I remember the most. The light, the buildings, the wharf, Ghiradelli Square, the Sheraton Palace.

I do have a Venus line and Mercury Line running through this fine city on my Astrodienst, which is meaningful. I will investigate further........ Tales of the City await no doubt.....

Xanadu

Olivias zeitgest is Xanadu, not Grease as some may think. You can argue with me, but I will freeze frame this movie, scene by scene and tell you why she is so Von Fabulous.

She is divine, beguiling and hot as hell as she sings the theme song at the end. [See photos above.] She was all I wanted to be when I was 10 years old.

Love, love, love her and her leg warmers!

Suburban Witchcraft

Interesting smell in the air as I took my morning constitutional with the dog. I distinctly smelt frankincense or myrrh as I walked. The real deal, not the stick kind. I wonder if someone was casting a glamour for a fabulous Saturday night.
I hope so. Its moon in Gemini so its all about manifesting and making it happen.

La Dolce Vita

Life is sweet sometimes. Nothing in particular has happened to make me rhapsodise in this manner but I am aware of the blessings all around me at the moment.
Autumn brings out the best in me and a walk really bought it home to me this morning about how privileged I am.
New sneakers, music playing in my ears and the biggest kicker of all, time in which to do the walking.
Time is the gift and I thank the universe for giving me the time to walk and think and spend the day at home writing.

Pisces Lune

The Pisces Moon treated me right his weekend, with a surprise party for Ram-Beau which was just swell, Great food, amazing venue, fun people and kids with a football who played with other kids and no fighting. Just grand!

Then a quiet day spent walking, lunch tidy house, clean car and finishing my book, link here, which I adored BTW, Please consider this book if you are even mildly interested in spirituality.

I have rounded off the day with cooking a tea cake and a casserole for dinner, perfect autumnal fare.

Interestingly I have had many restorative Piscean Dreams about a few issues I have been working on, with my subconscious telling me I am making progress in the non-local field, I just have to wait till I bring it into my local field and everyday life. Gotta have something to look forward to!

Eat, pray, love!

Ladybirds everywhere

These are my new lights around my pin board in my study at home. I found them for half price at a toy shop that was closing down. They amuse me and that counts for something.
Ladybirds are the symbol of motherhood, fertility and the earth. Lovely little things! I used to love finding them as a child, always a promise of better things, like sunny days and mushroom rings.
Having them above me as I work, reminds me of believing in better things and that I can make them happen, well most things, sunny days and mushroom rings are beyond my skills at the moment.

I am working on it though.

Rock on!

Lovely shot of Uluru as I went on the Lira Walk, through the bushlands.
The light in this shot makes me think of The Sixth Sense when Toni Collette's character realises there are spirits in all the photos because of the light streaming in next to her son.

I like to think of this light in the photo as the spirits blowing in the strong winds across the land.

I did have many astral dreams in the Dreamtime country. Babies waiting patiently in the astral came and spoke to me about their parents and the future, a few long dead friends visited and we ate and talked and hugged. The Goddess Bookkeeper came and walked with me in my dreams on red tracks and I thought about Blessed Seraph a lot, wishing she were with me to muse about my thoughts on why we come to worship with our cameras at this ancient pebble.
Souls connected in one heartbeat.

I realise the rock is sacred as it is older than time immemorial and the thought that once there was a mountain range and this is all that is left, serves to remind us about what matters whilst we are here.

I was priviledged to sit under the skies in the middle of the desert and an astronomer and myth teller spoke for an hour about the stars and their meaning. He taught me about the the star Sirius and the Dogon tribe of Africa who knew of white dwarf star that circles it, invisible to the naked eye. How did they know about this star when scientists did not discover it till the 1950's?

He discussed Fish Gods painted on walls of Egyptian pyramids and navigation by the stars and so many theories and ideas that for a brief moment it all made sense and I was at once humbled and at peace.

I looked through the telescope at the rings around Saturn and thanked the the Fish Gods and the White Dwarf and whoever else was responsible for allowing me to have the experience.

I come back surer of my feelings that life is all part of a vast unchanging network of relationships, we connect over and over again in the dreamtime and the present and that I know you and you know me and all together we are knowledge.

I see abundance

Housework done, breakfast in changelings tummies, tracksuits donned and we are off.
The school holidays are upon us and I am required to think of things to do with the children that requires little or no money and expends energy.
Today was a walk or a scoot in their case. We walked and scootered to my favorite shop for a wander and a coffee.

Taking our time, I saw abundance everywhere. Fat dahlias staked in the garden, bees buzzing around wall flowers. A ginger cat on a blue stone wall with a silver birch for shade looking down in disdain as the children flashed by in a blur of noise and colour.
I pottered in the shop and looked at everything whilst I chatted with the gorgeous Qi who is the owner and ultimate Piscean.

On the way back the sun shone and the wind was refreshing and people smiled when we passed them in the street. Our arrival home was met with Gandalf who had crept away from work to bring us all lunch.
Moments of abundance and joy, reminding me that life just gets better and better when your take the time to look.

Moon on the rise

Full Moon in Libra, coming in to rest 3.15 am.

Libran Moons are best to use for asking for balance, assistance in matters before a court and anything justice related. Be mindful that the Sun is in Aries and the Moon in Libra.

As Lisa Dale writes:" The Libran Moon reflects the light of Arian individuality and uses it as the fuel for greater understanding of others. Know thyself and the true nature of all things will be revealed."

The Libran Moon encourages you to build bridges and make amends somewhere. Celebrate togetherness and listen to those around you, they maybe trying to tell you something important.

And so it goes.....

Conversations with The Good Doctor made me think about how big we want to get as a company. As the beast of business gets bigger so do the hours and responsibility, the staff issues, the overheads. I wonder when enough is enough.

So, I make this statement: that where I am right now is enough.
I will focus on getting right what I have now instead of always scrambling onto the next precipice without stopping and looking at the view.

Take a moment to look at the view, take a moment to relax in this Void Moon and wait.

I am all about the waiting today. Don't push, just be where I am. Be here now.

Fish Girl Lives!

I finally met Fish Girl on Friday, a regular reader and commenter on the blog.
What a blast we had!
A 3 hour lunch and then a trip to one of my fave shops to potter and chat. We compared books we had read and offered each other new ideas and thoughts on familiar subjects dear to our hearts. When we departed I knew that somehow my life had changed. I look forward to seeing how that comes about. Life is exciting and I am better for meeting the Fish Girl.

Magic Follows Me Everywhere

I opened my affirmation book this morning and this phrase, 'Magic Follows Me Everywhere' jumped out at me, daring me to carry it with me today.

How true that affirmation is. I have come into work and spent the first 30 minutes discussing the concept of magic and its symbolism for a new client project. And so it begins.....

Magic is an interesting idea.
The best definition of Magic comes from the French scholar, Christian Jacq, who made a study of Egyptian Magic. He says: " This magic can perhaps be defined as the essential energy which circulates in the Universe of the Gods, as well as in that of humans."

To live with magic in my life or the idea that I can bend things to go my way is the stuff that sustains me, why can't things be different, when you dare to dream then anything can happen.

Magic Follows Me Everywhere!

Happy New Year [nearly]

Last day of the astrological calendar today and man, I am tired! Head into a new astro year tomorrow.
Tension is up to about 11 on the dial at work, you could cut the air with a knife and then stab yourself in the eye with aforementioned implement.
I have a proposal to write which is swell, I plan on shutting my door, lighting my lemon candle and staying away from the 'drama'. I suggest you do the same my friends.

Monday, March 19, 2007

Word of the day is....

I just got called numinous.
Not feeling overjoyed about that somehow.

It's all on!

A New Moon Solar Eclipse occurs today in the last sign of the zodiac, Pisces, at 1:43 PM. New beginnings regarding our faith and beliefs, accepting imperfections in ourselves and in others as a different kind of "perfection", selfless service, and imagination and visualization skills are in order. Venus semi-squares Uranus today, prompting unusual attractions (to people and things) that can have us acting on a whim. We may deal with freedom versus closeness issues in our relationships. Mercury enters Pisces this afternoon, and our thinking processes become more visual, intuitive, and imaginative. We are more attuned to the world of emotion, and it colors both our thoughts and our communication style. We guess well, express ourselves with imagery, and make decisions intuitively.

Thanks to the friends at Cafe Astrology for the heads up!

Mystic Medusa quotes the über Capricorn Kate Moss as saying: "It's a sin to be tired."

Yes, I agree on the Goatyness of this comment but I think it has more to do with the gold dust that she favors when recording Divinyls songs, with the morality tale that is her boyfriend, Pete Doherty.

Kate Moss is never tired, because why people?.......

Pete is a Pisces BTW, birthday 3 days ago. Explains heaps, since the two fish represent the saint and the sinner, one way or the other for the Pisceans. If he directed his attachment to being in the non local state into meditation or yoga then he could still feel whacked out without the need to get there synthetically.

Look at me with all the big ideas huh? I speak from experience though, I understand the crazy drug connection but this blog gets me into the non local state without having to chop up a line.

No judgement , no praise, just my musings on a Thursday afternoon.

Tuesday, March 13, 2007

FYI

Doctors at the Mayo Clinic in the US are recommending that they take a persons spiritual history as well as their physical as it is shown that those with a sense of faith, any faith from Wiccan to Amish have more chance of overcoming their illness. See here.

Gorillas in the Mist

I had crazy dreams last night about Gorillas in towers of houses of people who are very successful and then I went to visit the towers and was given my own baby gorilla to feed and nurture. Gorillas represent instinct. Perhaps my baby instinct needs nurturing and caring for and then it will help me become my beast to succeed with.

Whatever. It was cute though, little monkey face.

Go, Go, Go Mercury!

Mercury started to wind itself forward today after a few weeks lazing and sunning itself by he Sea of Tranquility. Perfect.
I am feeling the vibes and happy to be at work.It is truly a lovely place to work at the moment.

Tuesday, March 06, 2007

Ewww!

Brain ache as work is plowing in and stopping me from playing on the project with heart at the moment, but still its always lovely to have work and possibilities.
Gotta make 30 cupcakes for Pisces Son's class as he is the birthday boy this week then the super duper fudge cake tomorrow night, so more later.

Spooky

This pre-eclipse vibe is whack man!
I had had a light bulb smash over me today and just moments ago had a picture fall on me and the glass smash everywhere.

There were issues with the boomgate and the parking ticket machine at the Jam Factory when I went there today and I huffed and puffed and generally play Martyr as I showed peeps how to use the machine, since Mercury Retrograde was messing so badly with the technology.

I have heard this is the worst Merc Retro in a long while. I can attest to that since we have had a major tech system breakdown at work for the past month. Shit City, but all will ease up tomorrow with the eclipse and the Full Moon in Pisces and later into the week when Mercury goes forward on the 8th. I like the symbolism of it all, the new light from the eclipse as the communication moves forward.

I am now going to put on my daughters stackhat till the eclipse happens.
Later!

I invite you to share.

The Invitation
by Oriah Mountain Dreamer

It doesn’t interest me what you do for a living...
I want to know what you ache for and if you dare to dream of meeting your heart’s longing.

It doesn’t interest me how old you are...
I want to know if you will risk looking like a fool for love, for your dream, for the adventure of being alive.

It doesn’t interest me what planets are squaring your moon...
I want to know if you have touched the centre of your own sorrow, if you have been opened by life’s betrayals, or have become shrivelled and closed from fear of further pain. I want to know if you can sit with pain, mine or your own, without moving to hide it, or fade it, or fix it. I want to know if you can be with joy, mine or your own, if you can dance with wildness and let the ecstasy fill you to the tips of your fingers and toes without cautioning us to be careful, be realistic, remember the limitations of being human.

It doesn’t interest me if the story you are telling me is true...
I want to know if you can disappoint another to be true to yourself. If you can bear the accusation of betrayal and not betray your own soul. If you can be faithless and therefore trustworthy. I want to know if you can see Beauty even when it is not pretty every day. And if you can source your own life from its presence. I want to know if you can live with failure, yours and mine, and still stand at the edge of the lake and shout to the silver of the full moon, “Yes.”

It doesn’t interest me to know where you live or how much money you have...
I want to know if you can get up after the night of grief and despair weary and bruised to the bone and do what needs to be done to feed the children.

It doesn’t interest me who you know or how you came to be here...
I want to know if you will stand in the centre of the fire with me and not shrink back.

It doesn’t interest me where or what or with whom you have studied...
I want to know what sustains you from the inside when all else falls away. I want to know if you can be alone with yourself and if you truly like the company you keep in the empty moments.

Time to heal perhaps

The Full moon coming up on the 4th of March is in Virgo, so I suggest a healing altar since Virgo is all about the body. What do you put on a healing altar though? Depends where your body issues lie. Maybe your unused gym membership could be a start.
A white image candle and a back image candle to suggest letting the negativity go and embrace the light.
Is there something you wanted to do around honouring yourself and your body? The Mind, Body and Soul.

Perhaps the healing is not for you. Is there someone in your life who could do with a little healing right now? What about the picture of the Earth? That could do with a little healing dust at the moment.
I plan to place a picture of Australia on my altar to encourage rain to our country which is becoming withered and intolerant in every area, physically and emotionally. I will also place a picture of my beloved Scorp Sis who has a meeting with her oncologist next week and I will ask for a clean slate. For myself I will put on my unused gym membership on there to remind me that I can if I want and will feel better if I do.

I would place some fresh flowers on the altar and consider printing of an image of White Tara- Goddess of compassion, strength and longevity or Sitala Ma- the Goddess of Health and Wellness.
Just hearing the name of The Medicine Buddha can bring amazing results apparently or call upon Sequanna, the Celtic Queen fo Healing in the Heart and Home.
So many options, but it is your altar to do what you wish with.

Have a great Moon-day.

Ashes to ashes, fun to funky......

By and large, mothers and housewives are the only workers who do not have regular time off. They are the great vacationless class.

Anne Morrow Lindbergh

Amen to that Anne.
Throw in working mothers and working housewives and you have an explosive formula.
This weekend I have crashed and burned. Only highlight spending time with best friend, Blessed Seraph on Friday night and writing in between slamming my head against the wall to make the pain go away.
The power of holidays and taking restful moments whenever you can is never to be underestimated and I often find myself not honoring these moments just keeping on keeping on. This is the Taurus in me I think, head down, bum up, but my Pisces Moon makes me vulnerable to energy good and bad and thus when I fall, I fall hard.
I watched Carly Simon in a TV interview the other day discussing her manic depression. Carly explained that when the moods came she was best to honour it and let it take her in that moments. When she had tried to fight it in the past then they hit her harder and took her longer to come back.
So, in the spirit of the great Carly, and I admit I could never claim to be the victim of such an isolating and difficult illness, but still, everyones moods are real and they affect them in big and small ways. I choose to own this dark mood, honour it and hope to move through it faster.
I blame the eclipse that is looming on March 4th in Virgo/Pisces and on a full moon! Crazy stuff. Read more here.

Coincidences

The old coincidence train has pulled into town and I am seeing and hearing about so many at the moment that it is beyond spooky and I have slid into acceptance mode.
If fish started to fall from the sky I would not be surprised, I am that Zen with it all.
Yesterday My Scorp Sis had a doozy story, then my Cancer Bro had another that was insanely Mediumésque and brekkie with a friend this morning saw more coincidental tales come to the table. I now throw my head back and gurgle with appreciation.
The secret is to jot them down and revisit regularly to see the patterns that are emerging around that particular issue. I found one I had jotted down from last year about Blessed and her Ram-Beau and a song I kept hearing. I had forgotten about it till I found the journal and saw that it was a sign of their marriage and the song I kept hearing was the song they danced to at their divine wedding. Bless them and the coincidences. Keep 'em coming!

Fish , Pigs and a God called Mercury

Yes, Chinese New Year, and Mercury Retrograde in Pisces. Lets deal the Mercury Retro first. Mercury Retrograde, in Pisces means that wherever we have Pisces in our chart we are experiencing introspection in these parts. Strange dreams and psychic flashes are on the cards as are moments of grand and impossible planning. Mercury Retrograde is considered the Trickster transit, so don't trust anyway you are feeling until the 8th March when the bugger moves forward again.

The Chinese New Year is another kettle of fish altogether [Pun intended].
Hands up who has had a good start to their year? Well this good fortune is to continue. This is a Yin year, which means that it will be gentler and quieter but still wonderful. This is the year of completing what was started last year. Its about new doors opening as old ones close and clearing the way for the future. This will be a great year, especially for the self employed. Bless the Prosperous Pig.

Mercury Retrograde Part 2

I have blogged before about the rise of home break ins during this transit and today I experienced myself. Blessed Seraph has had two in the last few transits and now I had mine today. Thankfully the dog and the locks deterred them but it leaves an uneasy mistrust.

The key is cumin seeds. I found these again on the weekend in my car after I bought them a while ago when I was feeling the dark vibes. I will spread across the path tonight and in the morning. They repel against strangers, negative energy and thieves.

Not happy!

Mercury

Mercury is retrograde and of course things are all over the shop in techie land internally. I know all about free will, so don't try to use that one on me! Sometimes things are just crazy and its either Tom Cruise or Mercury to blame. Today its Mercurys turn!
I do tend to relax when this happens now and I know that my energy in turn fires things up. Advice: Be calm and speak nicely to the technology [they can hear you!].

From A to Z

Yes Moon is in Scorpio which means emotions at both ends of the spectrum are heightened and its all or nothing time! Certainly resonates with Anna Nicoles' life and death journey, what we all thought was so funny now seems so sad and tragic.
Anna Nicole had the Moon [Emotions] and Venus [Love and Sexuality] in the 8th House- House of death and regeneration. That's tough man!
I have Moon in the 8th and its does mess with you a bit unless you harness it to become interested in the whole occult/new age/spiritual journey.
Venus in the 8th house mean you attract the opposite sex like moths to a flame but can never get the love you need. It often signifies an inheritance or legacy. Another well known Venus in 8th House is the one and only Marilyn Monroe. Enough said.

P.S Mercury goes retrograde next week and already my computer is playing up, had to rid the email box of 12,000 emails, good Goddess! Start to backup and file now my friends before it all turns pear shaped before Tuesday!

Where will it come from?

I was asked recently about how I managed cash flow in a small business. My answer was with faith ! There is a Deepak Chopra saying that once he asked his guru where the money was going to come from for a project he was working on and the guru answered" Wherever it is right now!" Easy for a guru to say but I find that the chase for coin does get boring.
I have discovered though that being aware is the greatest tool you can have in managing cash flow. There should be no surprises. An Entrepreneur article I read recently stated that the key is to hang onto your money as long as possible while constantly hassling for your receivables. I am not sure I agree with this, although that is often how it ends up!
The Goddess Bookkeeper and I talk about honouring the debts. Lighting the nice oils, good music on the ipod and sending out the money with good will. It certainly changes your attitude to the money energy. Off to sign cheques. what will I listen to today ?

I'm Back!

Yes, didn't take long did it?
I have enjoyed the hiatus, not long I know but after a year of blogging everyday for a year, my fingers needed a rest and mind also deserved a break.

A full moon in Leo and a spell session with the Sibyls. Nice to be back ladies! We did a Luck of 3 and Year of Success ritual. Lots of wind action and bats flying overhead to ward of any negative energy that may have been lurking in the summer shadows. This full moon was full of Leonine truths and candor, acidic but with a sweet aftertaste. The Leo moon is always dramatic, yet filled with warmth and dignity.
Sitting under the fig tree with the Sibyls I spoke to them of my neverending support for their years ahead and them to take heart in me always charging in their paddocks against intruders or hurts. Ladies, I have your backs!
I discussed my year old post on my anniversary of my experiment and said in hindsight I would have perhaps written it again differently.
So what I didn't say and what I would have liked to have said is this to my Sibyls:

Piscean Princess- You teach me to be more gracious and calm. It is through you that I see hope and what it is to be a true friend. Your undying belief in the world being a better place one day and that we can all rise with it, is exemplary. You are fluid and receptive and your heart beats with sensitivity to others and the Universe that surrounds you. It is an honour to have had this many lives with you.

And to the Blessed Seraph- Things change but our bond strengthens. You create waves of change wherever you go, through your creative vision for others about what they could one day hope to become. It is through you that I have done so much of this work: you connect, inspire and celebrate the big and small steps of those whom you love. Original, yet refined your heart beats with passion and intensity that defines comparison to anyone or anything. A better part of my life exists because of this friendship.

It may be a day late and a dollar short, but this is what I wanted to say and I should have said it earlier, but I am glad I have had this time to speak from the heart!

Thank you.

The end is only the beginning

Spiritual Business is my experiment to mix new age, occultism, spirituality and anything else unusual into my business for one year and see what changes abound; physically, emotionally and financially.

So mote it be.

Moon is in Aries- Time for new beginnings and change.

I set myself a goal on this day last year to do whatever it takes to connect through work. It was warts and all, you heard about what worked and what didn't, the good and the bad, the tiaras and the tears. I am The Spiritual Diva!
I don't mean to be facetious but I do not know how to put it into words: all the experiences and connections I have had in the last 12 months.
Although I am not a big supporter of time [I still believe it is synthetic in its essence] I do understand change and all that it brings.
I also see that I lead an incredibly privileged life and even to be able to have this experience is to be blessed.
I am profoundly changed, I started with dipping my toe in the water, the warmth spread through my whole body until I had no choice but to dive in and trust. Those waters have proved to be soothing, rough, warm and cold but I kept swimming and treading water when I was tired until I reached new shores.
I have questioned myself at times, wondering if in fact I was suffering spiritual madness but I have moved through this and still have a healthy openness to everything.

So what did changes did I see ?

Physically-
•Wonderful renovations at work which a year ago was not even on the radar, which by the way look like David Jones according to The Dear Contessa!
•Two new staff members to add to the 8 that sit in the nest and room for more to come.

Emotionally -
• A new calm that comes with knowing that life will support me and my business.
• Wonderful experiences with old friends and finding new friends.
• No more stress about things that don't matter
• Understanding why I am here on earth and what I am Meant to do.

Financially-
• Better than I ever imagined or could hope for.

As I stated before I will now only blog when I think I have something helpful to tell you but no more musings about my journey, I have noticed that no one asks how I am or about my life anymore as they read the blog, so I suppose they think there is no need to actually inquire about my life anymore than the few sentences I have posted online. I think people are sick of me on my journey and rightly so! It may seem Über narcissistic but it has also been about letting the veil down around pretending that everything is hunky-dory all the time, there have been some of the blackest periods of my professional and personal life in the last 12 months and having something to believe in and trust made it better, even if it was astrology or Feng Shui, whatever blows your hair back, right?
I have come through this journey and I have reevaluated so many things in my life since I started this and I would not change a thing, what started as a business experiment has become a human experiment with me as the guinea pig.

Above all, I know myself. It is a worthy prize for all the digging I have done and certainly a surprise outcome. I did not expect to be making a statement like that at all, I didn't even realise I didn't know who I was to begin with.

So at the risk of being a total wanker, I want to thank a few of the nearest and dearest who have traveled on this journey with me.

-To Gandalf for telling me to do it and loving me when I would sneak off to the study at night to read and blog.
-To the Changelings for being patient when I said sitting at the computer," Let me just finish this!"
- To the Blessed Seraph, my dearest friend, for reading it always, being my biggest cheerleader and being open to try many crazy things with me! I am so glad that all your dreams have come true, my darling.
- To The Piscean Princess, I felt we became true friends through this journey and if for nothing else that this crazy experiment has bought me, your friendship is enough.
- To the Good Doctor, we are a single soul dwelling in two bodies!
- To The Contessa, for reading, making comments and calling to commiserate and celebrate.
- To Domonique the Wonderful for being my teacher and my friend.

And finally to all those who read, wrote to me, posted comments and cared. It means more to me than you will ever realise, so thank you!

Oh my Goddess!

My journey finishes tomorrow! Wow, I better go and think about what it all means I suppose. More later!

The blogman cometh

I likened my recent feelings about finishing this blog as if I were coming out of a cave and standing at its edge and trying to become accustomed to the light.
Makes sense to me anyway.

Jupiter and Uranus sitting in a tree

So Jupiter has finally come home to its ruling planet Sagittarius for the first time in 12 years. Actually this happened back in November, when no doubt you felt things getting a little more intense than usual. Well, get ready to rock because Jupiter is now making friends with Uranus and this makes things heat up even more!
Jupiter is the planet of self improvement and Uranus is the planet of awakenings and the fact that these are in Sagg, which is an über positive sign means that we will get all excited about the potential for change withing us. We may have a massive "wake up and smell the coffee " moment.
My advice is to stay open, be positive and look for the signs!

Not drowning, waving!

I heard a lovely comment today that to compare yourself to others is a sin, when you compare yourself to others you give away your life and its very meaning.
I had to be mindful of that when sitting at a cafe with my children and watching a mothers group meet for coffee this afternoon. They all had their prams and their chitchat and I felt somewhat isolated from their experience. As I looked closely at them I realised that most were older than me with their first child, I was sitting with a 10 year old and a 5 year old. I chose to have my children young but this is not the norm in todays world, so I have never really fitted in this area of my life in terms of ages and stages. I felt a slight yearning for the shared experience, the tribal cords that bind women and child, to not feel on the outside for a brief moment.
I wondered what it would be like now if I was to have my first child and I couldn't imagine it, who I am is made up of the last 11 years of experience of pregnancy and child raising and I like who I have become because of these times.
When I bundled my children into the car to drive home, I said to them," A successful afternoon of doing our errands, having afternoon tea and now home to cook a roast for dinner" and the Piscean 5 year old exclaimed: "I love my world" And I said, "I love you in my world!"
There is no perfect time to have start a family but as my grandmother once said to me, "There are two things in life you will never regret doing- one is having a baby and the other is learning to swim."

Change of pace and space

A divine weekend spent in Sydney with old friends and newer ones who fed and watered us in between our "touristic" jaunts around the stunning city. It was lovely to let go of controlling the space and pace in our normal lives back home and just be and see.

I did a massive brain dump of all that was on my mind in the hotel room yesterday after a successful shopping trip. When I reread it today it seemed all very do-able and achievable, bless the brain dump, it does work and ease the pressure on the grey matter.

I am soon to finish this blog, in 5 days exactly so I have been journaling my biggest learnings for the last 12 months. I plan to not blog everyday after then but only when I come across some information or thoughts that will make a difference to your day, less about my journey and more tidbits to share and to brighten your day.

A big New Moon week with the focus on responsibilty when the New Moon starts in Capricorn. It is time to ask yourself, are you ready to take on FULL responsibility for your own life - your financial independence, your work, your relationships, your happiness?
There is no better time to set financial goals this week or get a better job, anything that gives you choices and independence.

Here is an exercise to try:

1] Write down you list of what you want to create this year for yourself.
Now look at it again and ask for something that is even better than that which you asked for, go for broke on the goal setting!

2] How much intention are you prepared to put towards achieving this? Out of 10? Think about it then answer again.

3] Now think about what you want to manifest this year and ask yourself what you think this will give you in terms of quality of life. [Less stress, hope, love, peace etc]

4] Go back to No 2 and think about how much intention you are prepared to give and see if it is enough for the quality you are trying to bring to your life.

5] Is there anything or anyone in your life that gives you that quality right now?

Getting clarity on what you want will help you recognize it when you it manifests in your life.

Yesterday as I wandered around the Goddess exhibition and I was so darned glad I was there. It was something I had wanted to do for months and sometimes I let those wants slip by because I think there is some thing more important in life but I got myself and my family off our lazy butts and it was even better than I had imagined. It reinforced and educated, thrilled and affected. Making the effort to 'do' pays off better than you can imagine sometimes.

Awake in a new moon

Have spent morning on the couch wearing my nightie and looking at designer clothes online, that is my new way of defragging the grey matter. I had dreams about difficult times for someone in my life last night, it gave me that deeply intuitive feeling that I have when I know a dream is going to come to fruition, so I feel good to be prepared just in case but mindful that things could change for people around me. Of course things change, I know that but we never want hard times for people we love but that is how they grow and evolve so we cannot interfere and head it off at the pass. This difficult time could be the making of them and their lives so who am I to say whether they should go through it or not.

Wanted: One heat shield

There is a reason that spacecraft need heat shields as they come back to earth, it is because of the atmospheric drag. Drag is the resistance of the atmosphere to the fact that you're trying to plow something through it. It is the drag that slows you down and turns your energy into heat. The drag gets more or less depending on the density of the atmosphere and the speed of the object flying through space.
Today I flew back to earth after a spectacular 10 days in the celestial space. The higher you get the less drag you have, so I have been flying around reaching dizzy speeds and admiring the view but inevitably you have to come back to earth. As you fly back to the blue planet you have to burn a lot of fuel to slow down your descent to earth and this takes energy. The more energy you burn the hotter you get, today I burnt the lot but forgot to strap my heat shields on.

I feel better though, reality vs euphoria.

Day has turned to shit!

What started out so hopeful is deteriorating into a soup of disorder and stress, might go and have a cry. Happy New Moon at 5.17pm today.

A day late and a dollar short for me!

Turnover vs Profit

Turnover is vanity, profit is sanity! This from my new book I read last night, I like it!
After sitting with the Ram Accountant yesterday we discussed the facade of turnover and its affect on the ego. Sure, I won a big job but is it worth doing , is there profit there in the budgets?
Good questions and whilst the answer is yes for this one, it may not be the same for every job to come. It got me thinking about the idea of turnover in relation to life experiences. I suppose I liken it to this: you can have a cacophony of life experiences, good and bad, but its what you come out with at the end that really matters.
The ego in turnover is the devil in disguise, there can be big numbers floating about but with razor thin profits. The goal for me now is to focus on staying under the radar, producing excellent work in an excellent environment with excellent profits.
So Mote it Be!

Never ends

I have discovered the learning never ends, it just goes up in levels and intensity. After sitting with Domonique the Wonderful and the Sun Aries/Leo Moon accountant, I have realised I have to now get ready to grow, adapt and consolidate and blah, blah, blah, I shan't bore you with it, but its full on. However like the true Taurean I am, I have bought a new business book and will be pulling that apart asap ready to implement and write the new chapter of our business. New moon in Capricorn tomorrow at 5.17, when I will be in another session with Domonique, beautifully timed by the way! [No accident either.]

Little by little

I had lost my mojo for a certain project but it came rushing back today when I saw some pretty pictures, amazing how it works. Now I want to dump everything on my list and just play with my new project.
I was reading a book about calling in certain Goddesses into your life to get support in your life and St Therese of the Little Flower was mentioned as being the poster girl for taking joy in small tasks. So I will call upon her today, although I am neither a Catholic or religious in any way, but I am not thinking that St Therese will bear this in mind, and I will ask her to help me finish the small things so I can get onto the other things that I love!

I think this quote from Brahma Kumaris sums it up best:

A task left undone remains undone in two places — at the actual location of the task, and inside your head. Incomplete tasks in your head consume the energy of your attention as they gnaw at your conscience. They siphon off a little more of your personal power every time you delay. No need to be a perfectionist, that’s debilitating in an imperfect world, but it’s good to be a ‘completionist’' If you start it, finish it — or forget it.

Amen!

I love to look at how hits come to Spiritual Business through the google search engine. The latest ones that have intrigued me are "Spells to banish and bind an errant husband." And another one "wicca spell to make someone feel the heartache they gave you."
These searches made me sad and fascinated, what is the deal, what are their stories?
I want them to know this. What you wish or others you wish upon yourself 3 times, so be very careful when you cast on others an it has an impact on their free will.
The better casting would be to free yourself from care and heartache, release your heart and your mind and do some sort of a ritual to rid them from your life. So much better!

Moonday Blues

Dark moon phase whilst it rests in Sagg. Mars/ Pluto, Mercury in Aquarius, its all happening! For some more than others though. I am dreaming difficult dreams at the moment, not even worth looking up, I know what they are telling me and I know what I have to do, just do it already Dreamweaver!

Colour in motion

No sign of the missing jewelery yet, but I still haven't done the hardcore spell yet, will go into the city to buy supplies today.

The new staff member is fabulous, the Libran Sylph became quite overwhelmed at their capabilities in the WIP meeting this morning, Bless them both.

I have decided that my office is wanting and so I have organised a repaint of my infamous pink wall, no longer the "womb with a view", I am going for something more calming. I think the pink wall meant that people came into my office and became emotional, no more of that, I am resigning from the therapists position.

Colour has an amazing affect on ones moods, Aura Soma is a divination technique based on colour and it is used in conjuncton with the chakras to heal and get to the underlying reason for the malaise.
Here is a site with a chart with what all the colours symbolise- I am moving from Number 67 to Number 43 for my wall in my office.

Last Quarter and Fries please

Yes, its the last quarter moon, which often throws us into a crisis of confidence after basking in the light of the full moon consciousness from the last few days. The full moon always shows us the Way, the last quarter of the moon asks us to see what has been working for us and let go of the rest until the new moon in Capricorn on the 19th January. This is a terrific New Moon, focussing on goal setting and Capricornical qualities. Read here about it, super article!

Lost things

I have lost a loved piece of jewelry, trying not to stress, just tore the vacumn apart, an attractive task, not! I have said a few little rituals this morning to bring it back to me but I think I require something stronger. Time to bring out the big guns, will try this one later today.

SPELL TO FIND LOST OBJECTS

Tools:
Mirror Orange candle Black candle Small Magnet
Usual ritual requirements, such as incense, quarter candles, and athame.

Method:
First create the Circle and invoke the Elemental Guardians.
Raise a cone of power by chanting and drumming, or racing around the circle.
Then light a Black candle (for solving mysteries, and drawing away the negativeness of the loss),
an Orange candle (for luck and precious objects).
Visualize the lost objects in the mirror as already being found.
Place the magnet between the two candles and stroke it towards you as you recite this rhyme:
"By the wavering flame of this black light,
Grant to me of my jewelry a sight.
By the power of this orange flame,
Give me luck to find the same.
In this mirror the jewelry I see
Make the magnet draw them to me."
Substitute the name of the object for the word "jewelry". Say this three times.
Close the circle, but leave the candles burning with the magnet between them
until the candles burn down.

Good Vibrations

I am loving going to work at the moment, but also able to not be there, if that makes sense. When I am there, I notice the energy has changed dramatically with the new staff and from the new environment but when I leave I am not afraid that things are not going to be done, its easy to let go when I shut the door.
So in that mode, I have decided to not go in this afternoon as was originally planned, or I maybe I will, not sure, that's the lovely part of it all, I can't or not, what ever I want.
Pluto is square Moon today in my chart which probably suggests that I should stay away from people, this is what I have been feeling the last few days no doubt. I am fully booked this weekend with gigs, so I hope Pluto has Vamoosed by then!
The indecisiveness stems from the Moon still being in Libra, a notorious sign for low decision making skills, but they are lovely though all the same.
I still haven't had time to do my clearing spell and intention spell for the new space at work, so I will do that on the weekend, need to have a think about it some more.
Oh, the day is before me and there are so many possibibilties.......

Visualisation

Had a massive psychic moment this morning, which is always thrilling, it still takes me by surprise when it happens. The Moon is in Libra, which promotes diplomacy, togetherness and peace, always good things in a work place. The Libran Sylph announced her resignation to staff today, which I have known about for 10 months, she is setting sail overseas, which is so exciting for her and I wish her love peace and great times. So we have a new person starting on Monday, a Scorpio with a Leo moon, some of my favourite people have this combo!
I am becoming a hermit though I think, having to force myself into the world a little bit at the moment. I am torn, should I honour this phase or should I push through it? Can't answer that right now, will ponder.

What is your Tarot year this year?

Calculate your year cycle.
  1. Add together your month and day.
e.g- Dan: Sept 22 , which is 09, and the day, 22, which adds to 31.
  2. Take your 31 and DO NOT REDUCE IT FURTHER. Take this number and add it to the year you wish to know about. For instance, 1997 plus 31, which gives us 2028.
  3. Now, take 2028 and add the digits together. 2 + 0 + 2 + 8
  4. From this we get 12. Dan is in a 12 year, the Hanged Man. We do not reduce this further to 3, though it is understood that 3, the Empress, is a part of his year cycle energy simply because it is a lower octave of Hanged Man. (12 reduces to 1 plus 2 = 3.)
Then go here to read what your tarot year will be.

Dreams and forward motion

Incredible, bizarre dreams last night, after doing a tarot reading for the symbols of my year ahead. Interesting things came up for me and I am certainly more mindful of my priorities and what I want to achieve this year. I asked a friend last night what her plans were for the year and she told me about her husband and her children but didn't mention her own plans, when I questioned her again about her own plans she struggled and I thought about all the women who struggle to be heard, to allow themselves to live out their own dreams and goals and hopes. Somewhat hard when you don't know what they are though, take some time to allow yourself to have possibilities in life.
I read once that women should have three lives: one to live for their partner, one to live only for their children and one where they live completely for themselves.
I think about that all the time and try to be present when I am in the moment with all of these triple pleasures. It is hard but not impossible.

When The Good Doctor came to stay recently she marveled to me how I could sit in front of the TV at night with my laptop on my knee but when the changelings or Gandalf needed me I was right there. It was not hard for me to be with each task or person 100% and then I would go back to my laptop and be back in that completely. This does not make me more special or gifted, it is something that I have had to master but now I don't feel guilt now that anything is suffering from my lack of attention. What you put your attention on grows, so I divide my attention equally wherever possible, this means that things grow at the same time, albeit slower than me focussing on one thing at a time but still all the time, progress is made.

If you build it

So here's the thing. We renovated the office, make space for possibilities and opportunities. Before this happened I wrote a remittance out for the company and popped in in the banking drawer for a lot of money.
So today we reopened and won a massive job for over that amount, coincidence? I don't think so.
Also, I received a book in the mail when I came home- Write It Down, Make it Happen, which I ordered a while ago. Coincidence? I don't think so!

Ah, sometimes the world is so terrific!

Will it never end????

Gandalf was up till 2.00am with the electricians at the office and the wiring is still not fixed. I tell ya!!! Desperate to talk to someone, I put out my need to the Universe and soon I received an email from the Grecian Goddess late at night and then spent the early hours of the pouring out my heart to her as she takes South America by storm, literally with the rains there at the moment.
We both have Mercury activity in our charts at the moment, me with Venus square Mercury, which is appropriately is titled - Under the carpet. No doubt all the mess I will be cleaning.
Gandalf's chart is Mercury sextile Saturn, which is titled With a Critical Eye.
Perfect as the Moon goes into Virgo today. Hooking into the Virgo temperament today means, cleaning, straightening and obsession. I will try not to let that go to far as I have never sat easy with Virgo's, except The Scribe of course, but that's because she has a Leo Moon and I adore Leonine Moonies! I have so many of them in my life now, they are fabulous!

Connection through dreams

Wonderful dreams last night connected with Blessed, the past the present and the future.
I must say the New Year has been quite soulful for me so far, with lots of syncrodestiny moments, although I wonder, are there more of these moments than usual or am I in fact more aware of them and thus able to recognize them as they happen.
Interestingly enough I am fascinated by the Bohemian Club, de rigueur for any elder United Statesman. Manwitches the lot of them me thinks, make that Manwitch and Rich! Every year some of the USA's most influential get together and talk shop, wear robes dance around fires, hold mock human sacrifices and do the Druid shuffle in front of a giant stone owl. No judgment no praise, just fascinating!
Click here for a purported lists of cloak wearers.

BTW- Their motto is "Weaving spiders come not here."

Ok. Good to know.

House cleansing

I am off to clean the renovated space at work, literally, I will plan a spiritual cleansing for Sunday before everyone come in on Monday.
I read that to improve the chi flow in your space you need to move 40 objects at least to get it circulating again in a positive way, stagnant object create a stagnant chi pond. I think we have moved enough objects at work to have a chi cyclone.

Hungry like the wolf

This Full Moon is in Cancer and this is known as the Wolf Moon. It encourages us to do some sort of a ritual around our family and loved ones to protect them and their homes. It so called because in January in snowy times, prey is scarce and the wolves would be circling the village to await the vulnerable who may stray into dangerous territory. This is also the time to set things in motion: new ideas, goals, dreams and was traditionally the time to prepare for birth.
Lovely!
So, since we are in the Southern Hemisphere I wonder if we can still take on the archetype of the wolf and ask what are we hungry for this year? What have you been circling for a while and are now ready to pounce upon, in the very best sense of the word!
I have set the wheels in motion early with a renovation at work, enrolling in an astrology course and teaching my daughter and myself to touch type with one hand [don't ask!] if she can then I can is my motto!
So off I go, another year, another full moon and life is for the taking.

New chair

I have a new chair for my home office after thinking that the $99 one from Officeworks was offensive to me and my bum. It was quite a pleasant experience , lovely Damian, who works part time, gave me 10% off and an invitation to his new art exhibition, fabulous!
I have come home to my new book which has just been delivered to me, Creative Block. Its fun, lots of tips to help you climb out of your creative rut.
This is good timing as I am currently trying to create something and I am finding any number of distractions and diversions before me than actually committing to the creative process.

Staying on task. My biggest challenge in life!

So I randomly open a page and it asks me....
What was the first job you wanted to have?

I wanted to be a travel agent/detective.
I would be able to travel the world and solve crime, super fab! I used to dress in my Mothers navy blue espadrille heels with ankles ties and use her raffia clutch purse and run around the house with my best friend Mandy. She lived in the house at the back of ours and we played together every day and every weekend. I could not have been happier when she was around. I had a dress up box that was full to bursting with my glamour mothers cast offs and her best friend [travel agent] would give me her old tickets and writing pads and plastic travel wallets. My fitter and turner father would also give me his metalwork ordering pads, but the detective metal worker didn't have the same drawing power somehow.
Mandy and I named our imaginary arch enemy Brutus,[he was the centre of every crime and named after a friends German Shepherd dog],we were savvy, spoke 7 languages each and kept our cosmopolitan vigilante selves a undercover.
Clearly I was watching quite a lot of Charlies' Angels at the time, a big influence on myself and Mandy, although Love Boat featured highly also, as we often travelled by ship to solve the crime of the day. Those pleasure cruises are rife with trouble then and now.
We had a name for the detective agency but I can't remember it now, something hilarious, no doubt. Global Travel maybe? It's right on the tip of my tongue but it will come to me.
So thats' what I wanted to be when I grew up, for a long time.
Thanks for listening.
What did you want to be?

Plans and inspiration

I am very exciting about starting work next week. New staff, new environment, new beginnings. This is the theme for this next quarter for work, new beginnings. I am going to revisit my strategic plans this week to look at the what I am going to achieve if the Gods and Goddess is on my side.

Slowly

Dreaming about the renovation at work, living a nightmare in reality. Tradesmen not turning up, extra expenses, I could never do this as a living.
I have stated to Gandalf that when we buy our dream house it needs to come with everything as I imagined it and never to be changed.. I shall not even move a light fitting. I know it will be swell when its done, but meanwhile I have 10 people turning up to work on Monday but I have to trust it will all work out. Moon is in Cancer, which encourages flexibility and creative solution finding. Sage advice my friends, the Moon knows and so I trust her. Moon in Cancer, which makes us want to be at home and all all domestic goddess like and the Sun in Capricorn, which pushes us towards responsibility and duty. Man, what a drag. I think the Cancer Moon will win though!

Just pulled an Osho Zen tarot card and not surprisingly I pulled The Dream [these cards are frighteningly spot on!],
